"If only I knew that one day he would be back, I would have given my best to protect your mother. Maybe she would have still been here if I wasn't so naive."

The rest of the day was spent in preparing for the possible battle. Except for Clary. She was getting ready to end this all. She was making sure she had the right spell at the right time. She loved Sebastian, her brother. But she will not let anyone get hurt because of his own selfish desires. She smirked as she turned the page in the Book of Shadows and there it was, the spell to destroy the strongest. She read the spell few times and made sure that she knew the correct order of the words as she closed the book and let it lay on her bed. Clary went down the stairs in order to meet the rest of the group that was about to go destroy all of the hunters, once and for all. In their country at least.

"It's time. Lead the way, Sebastian." Rebell said sternly, her tone was cold as ice. She let no emotions find a way to her face but she was indeed scared. Anyone normal would be. Clary carefully followed her brothers every move. He had a plan to destroy them, only she couldn't place a finger on it. What exactly was his plan? And in next minute they were outside the house, Sebastian leading them to the Nightmare Prison. Clary went to her brother and walked with him as they were only few feets away from the rest of the gang. Amber watched them suspicious as Clary looked pissed off when she was talking to her own brother.

"I know you're planning something, brother. Just to warn you, don't you dare hurt them. Any of them or I will loose control and none of us want that." She hissed in her brother's ear as he just smirked, confirming that he indeed did have a plan to take them out. But Clary couldn't do anything, not at the moment. And hours passed as they walked and walked and suddenly stopped.

"Are you sure this is the way? I don't remember travelling this much when I was running away from the Nightmare Prison." Rebell said and suddenly all of them turned to look at Sebastian whose eyes glowed with fire as he eyed them all.

"Ohhh. You believed me? You pathetic excuse of a supernatural." He said as he looked at them all with such hatred in his eyes that they all shivered a little bit. He just wanted them all gone. He wanted all of this gone. Once upon a time, Sebastian was a good guy but the moment he joined huters that nice and innocent guy was gone.

"What are you talking about, Sebastian?" Asked Amber and there was a glint of emotion in his eyes as he looked at her but soon it was long gone. Sebastian they knew was gone. In fact, he was never there. He lied to them this whole time.

"You can't destroy the hunters. You kill this ones? And you think you're done? No. They'll just come back with much more hate for supernatural and then all of us would be doomed. And this way, only Rebell can suffer." He said and they all backed away from him in fear except for Rebell. She stood her ground as proud as she always was. She wasn't going to back down. If Sebastian wanted a fight, he was going to get it. And as Rebell asked what was he talking about he just laughed before seeing that they were serious.

"You should have done your reading, Phoenix." He said as he circled her and eyed her before he continued to speak.

"The Phoenix and the Shadow are destined to fight and just one of us can survive. Plus, I don't plan on dying. However, I do have one mission. Trust me when I tell you that the world will remember me for centuries." He said and laughed and in that moment they saw how insane he actually was. But soon he stopped laughing and looked at them with murder written all over his face. Clary still stood besides, watching her brother and not believing that this was the brother she used to know.

"Brother, this is madness. Why are you doing this?" Clary asked and walked closer to him but Kaleb took her by her arm. He wasn't going to let her go there but Clary got out anyways. She stood besides her brother as he was boiling with rage.
