Levi x Reader Fireflies

One summer night you were stargazing with your boyfriend Levi.
"Have you seen a shooting star yet?" He asked you

"No, not yet," you replied
You yawned and leaned your head on his shoulder.
"Now what?" He asked

"I'm getting tired but I want to stay up,"

"How about we catch fireflies?"

"Alright,"

"Just don't hold them too long, they're probably full of germs."

You punched his arm softly.
"You're such a germaphobe." You teased as you both got up.

"What? Bugs have lots of germs!"

You walked to the field where little lights were twinkling. You ran towards some little lights, trying to grab at the little bugs. Levi stood there watching you run around. A smile grew across his face. He ran towards you and started to grab at the bugs as well. You chased after a particular bug that was bigger than the rest. Levi just stood there admiring his beautiful girlfriend and thinking about how luck he was to have her.
Levi began to walk closer to you until you stopped running and looked at him.
"What?!" You laughed

"Nothing I'm just looking," he smirked

"Uh hu, and what exactly are you looking at?" You asked playfully

"My beautiful girlfriend. Also can we lay down again. My legs hurt,"

"Levi you haven't been standing up for 2 minutes. But fine.." you said sitting down and patting the grass next to you.
Levi sat down next to you and leaned his head on your shoulder.

"Levi do you like the stars?" You asked

"Yeah, why?"

"I don't know, I thought I would ask,"

"Aren't you tired? It's" Levi paused to check his watch to see it was 10:45 pm ,
" 10:45 pm its getting late,"

" I'm not really tired. Are you?" You asked

"Yeah. Do you think we could sleep under the stars?" Levi asked with questioning eyes.

"I don't care if you get the blanket," you laughed.

Levi rolled his eyes and got up to grab an older picnic blanket and a second one you brought for safe measure. After Levi got back he sat the bigger picnic one down first and the other second. You instinctively got in the picnic blanket and put the other one over you.

Levi did the same. You snuggled next to his chest and began dozing off.

You were almost asleep when you heard Levi pipe up again.

"(Y/N) look at the fireflies," he said pointing at the  night sky.

The sky was now filled with blinking lights everywhere constantly moving and changing.

"Their so beautiful!" You exclaimed

"Yeah just like you," Levi said holding your hand.

You blushed madly at this statement and looked down.

Levi took your chin in his hand and brought your face to meet his gaze.

"You really are beautiful (y/n)."
He said

You were about to respond when you felt a pair of soft lips touch yours and just like that you and Levi were kissing.

After you broke the kiss because of the lack of oxygen Levi looked at you and his lips twitched.

"All the fireflies in the night sky can't be compared to your beauty (y/n),"

"Levi stop your making me blush," you said nuzzling into his muscly chest.

"Now go to sleep." You said sternly

"Ok ok." He snickered

Levi then wrapped one arm around your waist and the other holding your hand. You both fell asleep under the fireflies.
