Marco x Reader Thunderstorm

I am writing this really late at night so it might turn out weird because I'm tired but anyways...

You huddled under your covers as the booms and crashes filled your ears like sirens. All you could hear was that.
It was a thunderstorm. Something no one knew was that you had a deadly fear of thunderstorms. That was the only thing you were terrified of. Because of your luck you were on the top bunk of the cabin you shared with
Mikasa, Annie, Eren , Jean, Marco and others you didn't know the names of.

You tried to hide your fear since Marco your childhood crush's bunk was right next to yours and he was on the top too. If anyone were to find out it would be him and you would be humiliated. 

*CRASH*

Another crash of lightning came down along with thunder not long afterwards.
You squealed and gripped your blanket tighter. You looked around and saw Marco stir.
Dammit! You swore to yourself.
You couldn't face him like that.

He turned over to see you covered by your blanket rocking back and forth with wide eyes.

"(F/N) why are you still awake it's pretty late?" He asked

"I uh can't sleep," you gulped

"Is it the storm?"

What how could he know?
"Y-yeah, " you said sheepishly

"Here,"
He lifted his covers and motioned a spot for you to stay.

"M-marco?"

"What?"

"How did you know I have a fear of thunderstorms?"

"Oh I heard you mumbling in your sleep when there was one once,"

"Oh,".
You chose this small time of silence to attempt to climb over to Marco.
You managed crawling over the space  between the bunks and sat next to Marco.
"You can lay down you know," he laughed

"I know." You said turning away from him.

"(F/N), I- I really like you," he quickly said

"Uh Marco,"
You turned over to face him only to notice he had no shirt on. You blushed at this.

"Yeah?"

"I like you too Marco," you said intertwining his fingers in yours.

Marco went red as cool-aid at that but he still wrapped his over arm around your waist pulling you closer to his chest.

"So.. does this mean we can date now?" He asked nuzzling into your hair.

"I don't know can we?" You asked

"Yes I think we can!" He whispered

You were dozing off when you felt a something soft touch your forehead. You opened your eyes and looked up to see Marco kissing your forehead.

"O-oh y-your still awake," he gulped

"That's alright I don't mind," you purred kissing Marco's nose lightly and laying your head down by his chest so that you could hear his heart beat.

"(F/N), I wish thunderstorms came around more often," he chuckled

"And why is that?" You asked sleepily

"Cause I get to cuddle with the love of my life,"

You blushed madly and internally screamed.

"You're so cliché Marco," you laughed

"That's ok. Because it's true,"
