This story contains mine and my best friends OC ShipsUnite her OC name is Annel Liken with a long e. Mine is Neko Schultz.
I won't be doing it with (y/n) or whatever because this will be long and I want to write a story with my own characters minus the AoT ones~~~~~,~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

It all started that day. Neko Schultz was finally join the Training Corp. She joined with her best friend, Annel Liken. They had been best friends since birth since Neko's parents died in unknown ways Annels family took her in. At the age of 9 Annel had lost her family in the Shiganshina Armored and Colossal attack. Neko had persuaded Annel to leave her mother, since she was begging for them to get to safety, and run off onto the escape boats. Annel had not spoken to Neko for a while afterwards but she eventually came around.

Neko was thinking about finally training and getting out on 3D Maneuvering Gear when she was snapped out of her thoughts and returned to her stoic gaze when Commander Shadis started screaming at the brunette next to her. She didn't know his name so she rolled her eyes and turned her head momentarily to look at a shaken up Annel.

"Are you ok?" Neko mouthed
(Neko is kind of like Ymir and Annel like Krista. Neko is protective secluded and Annel is sweet and trusting)

"No let me tell you later," Annel signed

She had become quite good at sign language but Neko assumed what it meant and didn't ask.
After Shadis had finished shouted at everyone they were excused to go to lunch. Before they reached the hall they were handed jackets with the crossing swords on them. A sign of a training soldier.

Neko pulled it over her black t-shirt and adjusted it so it fit perfectly. Annel did the same but with her white button up shirt.

After they got inside all the cadets grabbed trays and sat down. Annel pulled Neko over to a table by themselves and began explaining why she wasn't ok.

"I just felt terrible, everyone was getting shouted at for no reason. And you, I we- weren't and I felt b-bad," Annel was on the verge of tears.
She always put people before herself and she never liked watching people get scolded or shouted at.

"It's ok! Shh.. Shadis didn't scream at us because we've already witnessed hell. Some others like them haven't," Neko gestured towards a group of girly girls chatting away like they were five while trying to comfort Annel.

"Oh.. in that case I- I'm sorry," she sniffed

"It's ok.." Neko said

Neko was always there for Annel since she was the only person left of a sort of family and she was soft in a way. She wasn't soft in the way of weakness. She was soft meaning she had a heart. It was fragile and easily broken unlike Neko's. Neko originally had parents but they died in unknown circumstances. Neko had seen things most children haven't even dreamed of. Annel however had a nice life until the attack on Shiganshina. But anyways, Annel wasn't weak. Not one bit. If you made her mad or hurt her or her friends she could kill you.

"Yeah sorry I'm better now thanks," Annel said smiling slightly

Neko's upper lip twitches slightly.
Once Annel was eating peacefully Neko turned in to the other table full of girly girls conversation.
'There is no way in hell they can be this care free at a time like this!' Neko thought. But she was wrong.

"I want to join the Military Police and live comfortably in Wall Sina!" One of them said

Neko clicked her tongue.

"I don't really care I can't believe my parents forced me to sign up for this stupid thing! This outfit choice is stupid!" another said

'Omg! They won't last a day!" Neko snickered in her head.

~~Long time skip to practicing 3DMG in a forest~~

"ALRIGHT CADETS! YESTERDAY YOU PRACTICED BALANCE BOW WE PRACTICE ACTUALLY MOVING! SPLIT INTO GROUPS OF FOUR! TWO FEMALE 2 MALE!" Shadis shouted

Neko glanced over to Annel who was chatting with a blonde boy.
As Neko walked over she was stopped by a boy with 2 hair colors.
Neko turned around and glared at him.
"What?" She asked

"Can I be in your group? I don't have anyone else," he asked

"Sure I'm Schultz, Neko Schultz." She added

"Jean Kirschtein," he said

Neko walked over to Annel and motioned for Jean to follow. He kept up.

"Oh Neko! This is Armin! Can he be with us?" Annel smiles cheekily.

"Sure this is Jean," Neko said while examining Armin. Annel nudged Neko and staring her in her onyx eyes.

"ALRIGHT CADETS SHOOT OUT!" Shadis shouted

"Ok hook up to that branch! And follow me!" Neko said

Annel liked her leadership spirit.

Neko pulled her blades out and pulled and trigger blasting her to a tree branch and landing on it.

Armin and Annel followed leaving Jean last.

"Hey Annel do you have a hair untie real quick?" Neko asked

"Yeah!" Annel said passing Neko the hair band. Neko pulled her hair back and pointed towards a titan cut out.

"Who goes first?" She asked

"You saw it go ahead!" Jean smiled

Neko looked at him and shot it towards the Titan.
