Is it the END? (NaLu fanfiction)

Crocus

Natsu's Pov:

"I don't wanna get on the train." I cried, Happy and Luce just continued walking onto the train and sat down. I scooted in the seat next to Luce. "Lushe??" "Luce??" Happy and I whined. She sighed before patting her lap. I laid my head in her lap while Happy curled up on her breasts. Grrr. A growl escaped as I glared at Happy, he poked his little tongue out and snuggled into her boobs. Why is he so lucky when it comes to Lucy!

"Go to sleep Natsu, we will be there soon." Lucy chanted. I looked at the window as the scenery blew past before sleep took over.

Lucy's Pov:

Once they were both asleep I pulled out the book about celestial magic and read about how to use them. Now that Loke knows about these spells he won't want to train with me, that means I have to learn on my own. I have to be strong enough to protect my nakama. I have to be strong enough for Natsu.

As well as attack movements, there were some healing and defence spells I looked over. 'Golden Shower.' Takes away the pain of injury, can be used on celestial mage or comrades. 'Sky's shining rays.' A temporary shield to block powerful attacks, covers every angle of its user and its range depends on the mages power. So if I'm weaker or running out of magic it won't be as far.

After examining cover to cover of the book in my hands I pulled out another. The last one before I get to read about END. Suddenly I noticed the train had stopped, we had arrived in Crocus. Natsu stirred as he realised we had made it to our stop. He looked up from my lap and sat up rubbing his eyes.

"Natsu quickly budge out so I can get the stuff." I asked. He looked down at the book in my hands and glared at me in anger. Did I do something wrong? Why did he look at me like that?

After grabbing our things we headed towards the inn Sabretooth stayed in during the Grand Magic Games. Natsu was quiet as he walked along while Happy was bouncing with joy on my shoulders. Natsu wouldn't let me carry any of the bags, he says he wants me to be careful since what happened on the last mission. Pretty sure carrying some bags wouldn't do that but as long as he is happy.

We reached the inn and booked a room together. As we stepped in we saw two double beds and a small kitchen area. Quite homey if you ask me. Natsu stepped up from the bed and headed towards me. His hair shaded his eyes as he spoke.

"Why are you still reading those books?!" He growled.

"I'm learning from them Natsu, I need to become stronger for you and the guild!" I shouted back.

"They're going to kill you Lucy, just like they did to your mother! I won't let you do that Lucy. You're strong enough!" He yelled. Tears streamed down my face, how did he know about my mum?

"If I'm strong enough Natsu, you wouldn't have to protect me, if I was strong enough I wouldn't hold the team behind. I don't want you to waste your magical energy on me." I muttered in anger and tears. He looked up at me, his eyes speaking a million words.

"You think I protect you because I don't think you're strong enough. No! I protect you because I promised myself I would because I deeply care about you Luce. Please stop!" He spoke as his hair again shaded his eyes and tears dropped down his chin. I threw myself into his chest in a tight embrace. I never realised how this effected him. He held onto me tightly as we both cried our sorrows away. Happy flew between us and joined in the hug.

I lifted my head and smiled happily at Natsu. I love him so much. He smiled his grin back as we all fell to the bed while cuddling and drifted to sleep, as the night hours approached.

Natsu's Pov (Time Skip.)

I arose to the steady heartbeat of Luce as my head laid on her.. her BREASTS! My face turned dark red, man they were comfortable I thought as a buried my head once again. Happy hadn't won this time, he's... cuddling up next to Lucy's face while his head is in the crook of her neck. Why does that sneaky neko always win! They both sighed happily in their sleep but it's time for the mission. I hopped out of bed and ran to the kitchen. How hard can making breakfast be?

I grabbed a loaf of bread out of the cupboard and placed it onto a plate. Okay? Toast, toast. A toaster! I pulled it over and placed the bread inside. Okay, now what? I stood waiting for the bread to become toast. I pulled the bread back out and it was still the same as before. Hmm. I then grabbed the bread and placed it in the microwave. After it finished and beeped I stared at the floppy bread in disappointment.

"WHY WONT YOU JUST BECOME TOAST!" I shouted. All of a sudden Luce strolled in the kitchen.

"Could you be any louder?" She whined. "Hey can you seriously not make toast?" She asked.

"I don't know how!" I cried. She began laughing at me while grabbing a drink. "Natsu you're a fire mage." She said while giggling. Oh yeah I am. With that I set fire to my hand and tried to make toast.

"No Natsu not like that you're gonna burn it!" She laughs. She grabs the toast and places it in the toaster. She then presses... the on button and it switched on. A sweat mark appeared above my head, one stupid button!

After the breakfast we all headed towards the water park. We'd been before in the Grand Magic Games. It's super huge and fun, I hope we get a break to go enjoy it. We strolled through the streets of Crocus laughing about all things we were going to do. Unluckily for us none of that was going to happen, not with what was to come and we defiantly weren't prepared.
