Alden's POV

It's been an hour since Maine was shot and now here I am pacing outside the emergency room, waiting for the doctor's update. It's been hours since the doctors and the nurses haven't left the E.R. It absolutely makes me want to punch the wall.

I went to the coffee machine for the 8th time now, just for the sake of trying to be awake. I groaned and grabbed my phone from my pocket. I scrolled my contacts and dialed a number. After the second ring, the person on the other line finally answered.

( Alden - Sam conversation)

" hello? " I heard shuffling in the line.

"Sam?" I said.

" RJ! I, uh, Alden nga pala... Bakit ka ba napatawag? " he groggily said.

" um.... Did I wake you up? May gusto lang akong sabihin sayo," I started but I was cut off by him.

" umm.. Hindi!!! Anong sasabihin mo? Ayos na ba kayo ni Maine?" He interrupted me, I just face palmed my self.

" Um... About that...Nabaril si Maine and I'm actually here in the hospital " I nervously said and the line went silent. Then I heard a thud.

" Ano?! " he shouted and I cringed at his loud voice.

" Saang hospital yan?! Papunta na kami diyan.. They'll pay for this! " he continued.

I told him which hospital Maine was taken and just when I was about to leave the room to get some fresh air the door opened and a doctor stepped out, followed by a nurse holding a clipboard.

" How is she? Is she OK? " I directly said to him.

" easy.. I'm glad to say that the operations go so well.. " the doctor said. I relaxed.

"Thank God... Ummm.. C-can I see her? " I nervously said.

" sure you can.. " he says.

" thank you.. " I said.

" it's my job to save people.. Good day Mr.? " he starts.

" Oh ah... Alden. Alden Richards. " I said.

" you can go see her now Mr. Richards.. " he said and left.

I breathed myself in first and went inside the room. I stared at her for a few minutes. I walked to her side and sat in the chair that was placed beside her. I grabbed her hand and started talking.

" You know? I've been dreaming of a faceless girl these past few days and I never imagined how this all matters to me. " I caressed her hand and that's when I started sobbing.

" We first met or should I say accidentally met in the coffee shop where you got shot and the reason why you're here in the hospital. " I paused, gulping before continuing.

" We meet again in the park where Ruru left me with you so he can date his girlfriend. Then, there's also a time when you first get to know each other, I think? It was my first time eating isaw with you. " I covered my hands in my face and looked at her again. I get the hair that covered her face.

" Maine.. Naalala na kita.. Naalala ko na ang lahat... Wag mo lang akong iwan.. please.. " I sobbingly said and stared at her face.

" m-mahal kita....I love you Maine.. Please wake up... I remembered everything.. " I begged and kissed her hand.

" I love you Maine.... " I stood up and leaned forward. I kissed her lips and pulled away, I leaned my forehead against hers.

"Please wake up.... " I whispered, grabbing her hand again and squeezed it a little tight.

" i-it's about t-time.. " I looked at her and smiled.

" Maine... I remembered... " I said. She weakly smiled at me.

" I love you too. Alden. " she said. I smiled and kissed her forehead.

" I hate hospitals.... " she groaned I just laugh and savour the moment right now.

Third Person's POV

"Sir? Do you need anything? " the man asks.

" I need a plane ticket to Italy. " the person in the swivel chair ordered the man who was facing at the window.

"Is that all sir? " the man asked.

"Actually there is.. " the person in the swivel chair turned around and clasped his hands together.

" I want this person -Alden Richards dead. "

I'm backkkkkk..

I would just like to apologize for not updating because I'm having a blank space 😂.

I just hope you will like this chapter which is a little bit inspired by the movie ' Imagine You And Me ' where Alden kiss Maine in the hospital . Which really makes me so crazy and kilig right now.

These story is only until 30 and that is final. I need to end this soon because I need to do the book 2 which is literally making me excited to post it.

So that's it for now.... I think I just posted a long author's note.. 😅
