"Y/n, do you need me to drive you to Jason's cafe?"My mom asked as i stuffed my perfomance clothes into my backpack

"Kinda old. Got it from my birthday last year"I said sitting down and she started to do my hair. I warm up my vocal and took a deep breath

I walk towards the stage and scan the crowd. I smile and took a deep breath

"My bestfriend loves this song with all of his heart. It's the only way i could reach out to him after we stopped talking"I continued

"I promise that i'll hold you when it's cold out. When we lose our winter coats in the spring"I started

"Maybe we will meet when we get older, maybe we won't"I sang, scanning the crowds

"So i won't say i love you if you don't.  And no you don't"I continued. My eyes landed on those way too familiar amber eyes

"Thank you"I said walking out of stage

"Oh, Shawn. Long time no see. But i have to go now. I'm busy"I said

"Talk tomorrow?"I continued while smiling as i watch his face fell
