Chapter 3: So Close But So Far

(Crainer's POV)

"CRAINER!! CRAINER!!" My eyes opened to see a worried Ian and Thun," Uuuugggghhhhh" my head was throbbing and when I tried to rub my head nothing happened, I looked at Ian's hands which were holding my chest and Thunberg was holding my left leg and it was like a movie were the guy is bleeding out only, I'm the guy who's bleeding out.

I looked down at my left leg but it wasn't there,"AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!" I screamed at the top of my lungs as I felt the pain shooting right up my whole body like a virus.

(Ian's POV)

I looked at Crainer's state and it was bad," Thunberg grab his leg and I will grab his arms to move him, Ready, 1..2..3" on three we lifted Crainer behind Chief, Gideon, Iona and Michael.

(2 Days Before)

"Pull over here Crainer I need the loo."

As they all piled out of the car I rushed to the toilet and went for a pee, when I finished I was about to walk out but something stoped me in my tracks and turned me around and the next thing I knew I blacked out, all I seen nothing black again and this time I didn't see the light but all I heard was a voice saying,

" You and your friends are in grave danger. You are the only one who can kill your own creation but I warn you now soon one will turn on all of you. A person who is close to you, someone who has been your friend for a long time. Good luck Ian."

Next thing I knew I was back in the bathroom and I felt different but I don't know if it was all an illusion or was it real.

(Gideon' POV)

As me and my team got off the back of the car we walked inside the petrol station and got some protein bars and energy drinks," alright team spread out and grab as much supplies you can carry." As I was walking away the cashier stoped me.

"Pardon me sir but it's illegal to have weapons in any place." I turned round and looked at him," Obviously you missed the Atlas logo mate so back the fuck off."

Next thing I knew was getting knock out by myself.

(Crainer's POV)

As I was filling the car I seen Gideon in the shop and I think he was arguing with the cashier so I didn't think twice about until I seen him stab the cashier in the neck.

"Holy Crap!!" Chief looked at me," Gideon just stabbed that cashier in the neck!?"

As Gideon was walking out Chief shot at his feet as a warning," Why did you stab him?" I was now confused and peeved." He was threatening me."

"What now you just go round stabbing people who disrespect you."

I looked at his eyes and they were no longer brown they were black and red, I grabbed chiefs gun and shot Gideon in the head," WHAT THE HELL!?!" Michael had just came out and seen me kill Gideon.

Michael grabbed him and flipped him over to see something sticking out of his skull and it wasn't blood it was metal, as Michael reached out to grab it his eyes opened and he grab Michael's hand and flung him into the gas pump.

(Pat's POV)

As me and thunberg walked out of the shop we stoped and seen Iona and Michael fighting Gideon.

Me and Thunberg just backed slowly back into the shop.

(Ian's POV)

After I finally got the courage to go out side I opened the bathroom door and seen Gideon fighting Michael and Iona and then Michael was flung across the station into the pump.
