Chapter 21: Down Under

(Jordan's POV)

I looked at Nora's name one last time and I left Omar on his seat." JORDAN!!" I stopped and looked round at him." Hell or highwater?" I chuckled." Hell or highwater mate. Come on let's get you suited up."

(Magical jump to Retribution)

Me and Omar walked in to see people looking at him and whispering. We walked over to the Marines." At ease." He said and they looked at him in disbelief." Is this a joke?" Asked Brooks." No lads. It's really me. Where's Kash?" He didn't make it sergeant." Piece to the fallen."

The Marines looked at me," who's this?" He is the one who gave me the balls to join back. Isn't that right Jordan." When he said that the Marines lifted there weapons and I just ran. I looked back to see Brooks and Ellie (Congrats Ellie T Author for making it in my book) shooting at me and I got shot in the chest then the leg and now I was limping. I got out of Retribution and was now standing in a dead end.

"You have nowhere to go. You might as well give up or you'll be going back to that bitch of yours in a body bag." I felt my rag building up and I lost it and grabbed Brook's gun and shot him in the legs then I stabbed Ellie in the foot and jumped off the side of the building into a portal which had luckily appeared and I was now in a wasteland.

"What the fu-" I was cut off by a shooting pain going through my whole body but it wasn't from the wounds. I was coming mostly from my skull and it felt like someone was crushing it and then I blacked out. I awoke in a pitch black room and all I could here was sobbing. Not this nightmare again. I awoke after a voice saying,'only two days'.

I looked around to see I was in a bed in a rusty old house and I had no armour on and I was patched up. I looked for a weapon and I seen a lamp. Really affective Jordan. I exited the room leaning against walls to get my balance and I seen my armour in a sitting position on a. bench.

I walked over to it and as I put on the legs I heard someone yawn. I quickly put it on and acted like it was just the suit sitting there with no one in it. I watched as a man walked in with bullets going from his left shoulder down to his right hip and had body armour on and metal attached to it. On his left arm was a old red rag stitched to it.

"Have some breakfast. You'll need it mate." I moved my arm and took the meat and he sat on a burnt couch." How did you know I was in that?" Well first off the armour was up straight and I had it slumped over and it's head was up straight and I had it facing to the feet." Really?" Nah. I didn't have a clue you were in there." I chuckled a bit and ate the meat and immediately vomited it back up.

"You ok there." I kept vomiting and when it was over I went back to the room I went in and laid down. I seen him walk in and sat a wooden chair down." What's your name?" My names Jordan." Good to meet you Jordan. My names Marcus."Good to meet you to. What happened?" Judgement day happened. The day when the bombs came down and the robots came after us." Robots?" Well we all call them Terminators." Why are they attacking humans?" Program. The day SkyNet went online they turned on us." What types of Terminators are there?"

"T1's, fat and slow but built like a truck and has duel wield mini guns. Skin Jobs, rubber skin but looks like a human from a distance. The are slow and dumb but deadly. T600's, pure steel Eco and is super smart. T1000's, very accurate and smarter than a T600 but has a weekness in the back of his neck. T1200 has human skin a organs and acts and thinks it is a human but there weekness, mine fields."

(Rico's POV)

"I told you to fucking pull up but nooooo!!! Chief knows everything!!!!" What was it you said? Hell or highwater." It's a saying. It's not to be taken literally."

Me and Chief were walking around Mars's surface in the dark zone. I stole one of the enemies suits and Chief was walking around in the same suit he always wears but everyone thought he was a prototype off a new bot. We walked to the elevator connecting Mars's surface to Salon's SDF control centre. We took the elevator up to the control centre Cortana hacked into the systems and activated a warning siren and they all cleared out and me and Chief activated a cargo ship full of Barvarium nukes and we armed them and we made a run for one of SDF'S super attackers and we got out just in time.

I know what you are thinking. How did you get free from Jordan's clutches?

Well let's just say paper clips, two bullets, a match and Cortana. First, Cortana hacked our devices and freed us from paralysation and then we used the paper clips to get the cuffs off and then we used the powder of the bullets to and used the match to blow a hole in the haul and we floated towards a Jackal and stole it.

We made a jump for Earth and when we arrived it was wreaked. The thing was cracked down the middle and parts were floating everywhere." What the duck has happened?"
