Soon after I got home I took my dog for a walk, just to get out of moms way. My dog is a salt and pepper miniature schnauzer, because of his size many mistake him as a puppy, even tho he is eight years old. (Human years.) When we saw a fox sitting in the park. I stared at it, I had never seen a fox, but for one time in Colorado. Then it spoke, "Hey Ava." It said. "H-hi?" I said "It's me Ava, Kitty? This is Lola." "Kitty?! From School?!" "the one and only!" "Ena's my horse." "Could you show Ena? I want to know if she's changed sense your memories were tampered with." She asked, eyes glittering with excitement "I'm not sure if that's a go-" "Double dog dare you." Tessa's voice was filled with challenge. I looked around, "Ok but let's go into the forest." While we walked Kitty changed back, and we talked about shifter stuff, soon we came to a clearing in the woods. I started to change, my lower body changed first, turning me into a sort of centaur. Then my face started to change as well. Porter looked at me in terror. kitty grabbed his leash. At last my upper half was horse. "Wow." I gave her a soft nicker. And changed back. "Hey, if you ever get found out, tell me." She said, "My family kicked me out awhile ago. I have no place to go." "Yeah sure!" I said enthusiastically, "Livi and Hannah are shifters too!" "I know!" Then we said goodbye and went our separate ways. On the way home I couldn't help but feel bad for Kitty. She had no family, but still hope.
