I grabbed my dog and a leash laying on my desk. I carefully climbed down the ladder, it was quite tricky with a bag over my shoulder and a dog inside of it.
I stay low, my darker casual clothes will help me fit in. I head toward my old elementary school where we'll meet I think about letting Porter down but think it'll be better if he stays up. When I get to Summit I see them next to a tree sapling. It looks like they packed light too. Inside my backpack was one pair of jeans a pair of high waisted leggings, a shirt, a crop top, a few extra under clothes, and a dark blue beanie. I was wearing a navy blue tank top my navy jacket, and ragged jean shorts. Everyone turned to me and looked straight to my wriggling bag, Porter yipped, Hannah looked pretty mad and Olivia was just smiling away.
"I'm sorry, I-i couldn't leave him."
"Will he be able to hunt for himself?" Hannah growled in a scarily low voice.
"Give him awhile to adjust."
"He better." Hannah growled, "I'm not hunting for two mouths."
"He doesn't eat that much." And that's true, my dog is actually really thin, we give him full bowls of food, and if you just look at the food bowl you'd think he's fat, but he runs around all the time so he burns off almost as much as he eats.
"Oh guys I also brought Kitty, ya know from School."
"But, she's normal."
"Nope!" I said, moving aside for Lola to come into view. "She's a fox too! And her parents just recently found out."
Lola morphed into Kitty, "Hey...."
"Did you pack any food?" Hannah asked
"Ya, sorry no veggies or fruits, I thought you guys can umm," she looked at the grass. "cover your own food."
Then we transformed and Hannah barked at porter and he jumped aboard as we started off.
'Hey Ena?'
'Hm?'
'Do you think we're gonna make it?'
'Positive!'
Reassured I broke into a slow canter.
"Comon guys!" I called over my shoulder, praying Ena was right.
