The picture is Artos. If you take away the wings it would be him, anyways.

It has been three weeks since Artos's mother died. Artos is a three month old black timber wolf. When he was a week old, his father and siblings were killed by hunters. After that, his mother took him away to the more mountainous regions of the territory. His mother hunted for him, was teaching him how to hunt and fish and all that good stuff. Just three weeks from before the present time, his mother was killed by a grizzly bear. Now he had to fend for his lonesome. He sat there, all alone, eating what was left of his fish supper. He stared out of his cave to where he and his mother would sit and look at the sky a few yards from the cave entrance. A tear fell to the ground as he thought about his mother. All he could do is think about all the bad things that happened in his life. He was the last of his family. No wolf, except him, lived up here. He was truly alone.
