When they got up to Dasker's room, he told Artos to get up on a chair in this strange room with a water bowl, drainable lake, and a cabinet with a drainable puddle. After a minute of him going through a lot of cloth creations, he came in with some of the cloth creations.

"Alright. So, when you shift, your gonna go ahead and put these on." He said, plopping the cloths on the floor in front of Artos.

Artos looked at the cloths. "I really don't want to shift." He said.

"Ah, come on. Theres a lot of stuff to do as a human. Theres movies, videogames, awesome meals Talia cooks, and pranks. Its great."

Artos tilted his head. "Huh?"

"Its human things. Come on. You shift, I show you all that fun stuff. Deal?"

Artos pondered this. He didn't want to shift, but the sound of fun called him. Well, that and something inside him told him was begging him to shift. After a minute of thought, Artos finally gave in. "Okay. How do I do it?"

"Okay. First, close your eyes and concentrate on humans. You saw me, Maria and Yuki yesterday in human form. Just think about what you saw. Concentrate on a human form." He said, then walked out of the room, and closed the door. "I just gotta do something right quick, you go ahead and try that. I'll be back in a minute." With that, Artos heard footsteps headed away.

Artos got on the floor. He closed his eyes and concentrated on the three humans he say yesterday. When nothing happened, he tried concentrating on that thing telling him to shift. He felt his bones twisting, his flesh rolling around on his bones. It was very painful. He let out a loud howl of pain. He could feel the whole shifting process. The pain. This was a different kind of pain. He had never felt this kind of pain before, yet, it felt familiar for some reason. The shift was complete in just a short time. After a few minutes, he heard a knock on the door. He opened his eyes and looked at himself. His human form appeared to be the same age as Dasker's human form. He hadn't realised that his eyes were still shut until the knock. Then he looked at the door.

"The first shift is always painful. Well, actually, the first shift to human and the first shift back to wolf. Then the others aren't that bad." A voice said from the other side of the door. It sounded kinda like Maria's voice, but different. Then he heard more footsteps.

He sniffed. His senses weren't as strong in his human form as they were in his wolf form, but they were stronger than a normal humans senses. He smelled a total of two individuals. One was Maria, the other was Dasker.

"Hey, this would be my room." Dasker said to Maria.

"Since you weren't here, I was telling him about shifts."

"Fine. But now you need to leave. We'll be down in a few."

"N'tay." She said, then went out of the room. After she was gone, the door opened. Dasker was in his human form. 'They all smelled like they used to when in human form, but their voice sounds a little different.' He thought.

Anywho, Dasker went to the drainable pond and turned on the flow controllable waterfall. Artos, of course, was surprised by this. He never saw anything like it. He stared at the water for a while, and, before he realised it, he was standing up, and walking to the water.

"You'll need to take a shower real quick." Dasker said. There was a slight mist coming from the water, which was warm.

"Uhh." It was the first thing he said as a human. 'Uhh'. Yeah. Real awesome for some first words.

"Don't worry. You don't have to use soap."

"Soap?" Artos asked. This was a new world. He didn't know anything about this stuff.
