We had just gotten to the Potters after waiting for twenty minutes on platform 9 and ¾. I had already been directed to the room which I stayed in the last time and it was more lively and colourful then the last time I stayed. Lots of pastel colours were used and I smiled at the lovely decoration. The window of the room also had a view to the snowy ground below.

"I thought, seeing as all of James' friends have there own rooms this one could be yours" A voice said. I flipped around to see Mrs Potter standing in the doorway with a kind smile on her face.

"You really didn't have to" I said looking around the room.

"Of course I did, i've always wanted a girl, and, your James' friend so you're the closest i'll get to having a daughter, until James finds a girl of course" She said walking over to me and giving me a hug.

"Thanks so much" I said with awe.

"No problem" She replied.

"You might be waiting a while for that girl for James as he only seems to have his eyes on one girl and she currently wants nothing to do with him" I said shaking my head.

"He's definitely going at it from the wrong angle, boys can be so Naive, she's a kind girl though" Mrs Potter said shaking her head.

"I'm working on getting Lily's perspective to change, it's taking time but it's slowly progressing" I said with a smile.

"That's great dear, well, I hope you like your room, feel free to decorate it however you wish, i'll be down stairs if you want to get away from the boys for a bit" Mrs Potter said walking from the room.

"Thanks heaps" I whispered before turning away to the window only to be startled by James' face.

"MERLIN PRONGS" I yelped stepping back. He was propped up on the windowsill. Once I regained my breath I walked over to the window and opened it.

"What in the world are you doing" I asked raising my eyebrows.

"The boys wanna know if you fancy a game of quidditch" James asked with a smirk.

"Sure, i'm still confused as to why you had to deliver the message through my window rather than through the door that looks to be in perfect condition" I said rolling my eyes.

"It's more fun this way" James replied.

"Watch me closely Prongs" I said walking backwards. "This here is called a door, you can walk through it, see, look at how magical that is" I said slowly before smirking and bounding down the stairs and outside.

"I DIDN'T NEED THE DEMO SNOWY" James yelled from around the side of the house.

"YOU SURE ABOUT THAT PRONGS" I called looking up to see him dangling from the edge of the windowsill, his feet placed precariously on a broom. "CAUSE THAT LOOKS LIKE AN AWFULLY DANGEROUS WAY TO DELIVER A MESSAGE"

"HUSH CHILD" James yelled floating back down to the ground on the broom and placing a finger over my lips. "You obviously don't know how to deliver a message with style"

"I'm sure there are other ways, I mean, smashing through the roof or wall could work just as well" I said with a smirk.

"I second that statement" Peter said.

"Same here" Remus said looking to James with a smile.

"Yep, I do to" Sirius said stepping from James and joining the line of people we had made.

"Why must you hurt me this way, you're all going against me" James said dropping to his knees and pretending to get upset.

"Cut it Prongs, I thought we were supposed to be playing quidditch with just the five of us so it probably won't work" I said smirking as he rolled his eyes and stood up.
