I pulled out my phone as soon as walked out the front door of Rafael's apartment building. It was only 5:45 am so I didn't know anyone who'd be awake. After standing there debating with myself on whether or not to rudely wake Sonny up for about 5 minutes, beep beep.

Come back up Cariño, it's cold and early. Plus, I'm lonely.

I glanced up to the general area in front of the building to see if Rafael was watching me, but alas, he wasn't.

Why don't you call Erin and have her come keep you company?

Almost immediately:

Don't make me come down there.

I really didn't want to talk to or look at Rafael right now so I didn't bother to reply. I just walked the opposite direction from the last time I stormed out on him, making sure to stay on main streets so I'd have witnesses.
Noticing a Mcdonalds was open not more than three blocks from my starting point, I ducked into it away from the cold air outside.
I scrounged up whatever money I grabbed and ordered something for breakfast. That poptart wasn't exactly fulfilling. Though I only had enough for a large coffee and egg McMuffin, I was content. Beep beep.

Can you order me a coffee? I'll need something warm since you're making me walk in the cold.

I audibly scoffed to myself, thank god no one else was in the restaurant other than the cashier and an elderly lady sitting at a table near the door. She probably isn't even awake to be honest.

I'm not making you do anything, I'll see you at the office.

I took my food from the nice cashier guy and took my food to a table in the back near the restrooms. I got a text but didn't open it until I tasted my McMuffin. Tastes microwaved, my favorite. But before I got a chance to actually open the message, a red-cheeked Rafael in his fancy tan coat walked through the door. As soon as he noticed me in the back, he smiled and strode towards me.
"Oh is this mine?" He grabbed the coffee I had yet to drink and claimed it for his own. "Thank you."
I rolled my eyes as he sipped the coffee. "I don't understand why you came here..."
He put the coffee down and gathered my hands in his, "Because you're mine dear."
This comment through me way off, he was so genuine when he wasn't being cocky or getting slut-numbers in a bar. "I-"
Ring ring ring.
"Hold on." I looked at my phone screen, Sonny.

"Sonny it's like 5 am, what?"
"Actually it's 6:05 doll, and what are you complaining for? Barba told me you stormed out and went to Mcdonalds."
I looked at Rafael who was scrolling his thumb on the screen of his phone. "Yea, so what's up?"
"I just wanted to see if you wanted to hang out with me at the precinct. I got here really early and I'm super bored."
Stiffling a giggle that made Rafael look up at me, I cover it with a cough and start to wrap up the half of my sandwich left. "Okay, I'm on my way." I hung up and shrugged at Rafi, "Gotta go, boss."
"Where are you going?" He watched me stand with a confused look on his face.
I smiled, "To help Sonny. Bye."
As I left the McDonald's, Rafael practically skipped up next to me and walked with me towards the crub to hail a cab. "I'll come with, you already got me out of bed early."

I didn't have enough pull to make Rafael leave me to go alone so we both walked into the SVU squad room together.
"Naomi," Sonny was standing with a cup of coffee in his hand. "Counselor."
I smiled and sat my bookbag next to his desk because it was killing my back. "I'm gonna go get a cup of coffee since someone," I glared at Rafael, "stole my other one."
Though all he offered was a cheesy smile and he raised the McDonald's coffee cup. "Thanks cariño."
Sonny nearly gagged at the nickname as I wondered off to the table of coffee and various creamers/sugars to make myself a cup. I must've been too involved in stirring hazelnut flavored creamer into my coffee because I didn't hear Rafael sneak up behind me.
I turned around and squeaked, nearly dropping my coffee. "What in t-"
"Mi bebé niña," he whispered as he leaned and nipped at my ear lobe.
My breathing picked up as I looked over his shoulder and seen Sonny sitting at his desk thankfully facing the opposite direction. "Rafael what are you doing?"
He chuckled and grabbed my coffee, doing me the favor of setting it down on the table behind me before I spilled it. He snaked his arms around my waist and started swaying my hips with his to an unheard song.
"Raf..." I warned, although it came out more as a whimper due to his kisses trailing to the pulse spot on my neck.
"Ven aca," grabbing my hand, he pulled me into the on-call room and shoved me up against the door as soon as it shut.
As his hands snuck to the hem of my shirt, I swatted at them stubbornly. "Seriously Rafael, stop."
He kissed me again, but only this time it was on the lips. Only using it to keep me quiet, I assume.
"Sonny is right outside," I put my hands on his chest and weakly tried to push him away.
Rafael pushed his lower half into mine, holding me back into the door. "But we're in here cariño. And I'm not gonna do anything, I just want you to know that I would never, in a million years, cheat on you. Nunca."
He stared into my eyes and didn't move until I confirmed my understanding in a nod. I hadn't moved from my spot against the door when there was a knock. "Naomi, ya in there?"
"Uh yeeeah hold on." I stole another kiss from Rafael before I turned and opened the door.
Sonny cringed as Rafael walked pass him. "Ew, did you guys really have to do that here?"
"We didn't do anything, Sonny. Gosh." I followed Rafael's lead and strolled past Sonny.
I found Rafael talking to Olivia in her office, she must've shown up while we were in the on call room I took a deep breath before knocking on her open door and catching both of theirs' attention.
"Can I talk to you, Counselor." I tried not to act too nervous as he smiled at me.
He nodded and turned to Olivia, "I have to go back to my office but if you need me, call." I retrieved my bookbag and with that, we were on our way.
