Warning: Kidnapping, abuse.

"You always do this Rafael, if Benson needs you so much then go date her for christ's sake!" I kick off my heels and take off all the jewelry I had put on.
"Listen Ana, I'm sorry that I am the only one here that has a job and I have to keep it, otherwise we'd both be out of luck!" He slammed his briefcase down on the kitchen table and just looked at me.
I'm not even quite sure how this argument started. All I remember is we were already fighting when we got home and Benson called and said she needed Rafael to go to the precinct. I hadn't had a job and have been to stressed waiting for the bar results.
"You know what? I'll get out of your hair then." I stormed off to the bedroom and started gathering everything I had originally brought into my suitcase.
"Where are you gonna go reina del drama?" He walked in and stood behind me, watching me pack. "Sonny will only be mad about it and lord knows you'll be crawling back to me."
I turned around and stared up at him, his eyes were cold but I couldn't back down now. "Who do you think you are? You let me live with you just to use it against me? Fuck you, I never should have agreed to shadow you." I zip my suitcase and try to walk around him.
He grabs me by the wrist and spins me back to face him, "Listen here niñita, you walk out that door and there's no way I'm letting you back in."
"Go to hell Rafael." I yank my arm away and storm out with my bags.
I walk around the block to a quiet street so I can be alone without any witnesses to see me break down in tears. I set my bags down against the wall of a building and wipe my tears. My phone goes off and I check to see a text from Sonny.

Are you okay? Barba told me to expect seeing you soon.

I scoff to myself and thumb a reply.

Yea I'm fine. Don't worry, I'll stay at a hotel.

I shove my phone in my pocket and look up. Panic. All I see is the barrel of a gun and I immediately freeze.
"Look, it's Rafael's girl. How'd he manage such a cutie?"
The voice doesn't sound at all familiar. I remember Rafael briefly telling me about threats he had been getting. Why did he have to be such a fucking asshole and make enemies with everyone.
The next thing I remember was the cold metal and bumping of a van. I open my eyes to see three other men. One next to me and two across. The one next to me looked extremely threatening. He had a scruffy type beard but not to the point of dirty. His dark hair and green eyes reminded me of Rafael. Rafael.
"Bella Durmiente, welcome back to reality." The man smiled and kissed my forehead. I went to speak but realized there was duct tape over my mouth. Prick. The other two men looked like nothing special, both buff and bald, one had a beard but not as full as the guy next to me. I figured they were the muscle.
I look up at the man next to me and give the best pleading look I can.
"You want me to take off the duct tape? Hmm?" He smirks. I nod and he softly places his hand on my cheek, "Poor girl, but I don't want to deal with an attitude right now." He moves his hand and laughs.
The van stops abruptly and the man who was driving yelled something back in spanish. Rafael had tried teaching me spanish before but that's hard to do. The two beefy guys hop out the van first and the man next to me yanks me out after him. It's painfully bright outside and a throbbing pain hits me suddenly.
I'm escorted through a shady club where the people in there must not have thought twice about a beaten up girl with duct tape over her mouth and her hands tied behind her back walking through. The green eyed-beard guy leads me into a room way in the back. He pushes me through the doorway and locks it behind himself.
I wonder over to a mirror hanging above a dresser and see how terrible I look. My eyebrow had a gash and I had dried blood coming from my nostril. My dress was ripped up and my arms had all sorts of bruises on them.
"I know they roughed you up before I got there but I won't hurt you too much more." I turn around and see him stepping towards me. He pulls the duct tape off my mouth and spins me around to untie my hands.
"Oh my god..." I get a glance in the mirror again and see my bottom lip busted. I turn back around and look up at him, "Who are you and why am I here?" I feel tears swelling up in my eyes.
"Don't worry too much about that, just go to the bathroom and clean yourself up, I'll be back." He kisses me and laughs when I pull away. He opens the door but before he leaves he looks back at me, "Oh and, there's no way out. Try."
My legs give out and I drop to the floor, crying softly as I realize the inevitable.

Rafael's POV
I knew I shouldn't have let her storm out like that but damn it she was overreacting. When she leaves, I text Carisi to give him a heads up.
She'll get over it and be at my office tomorrow morning pretending to act interested in what I tell her about a case I'm working with SVU about.

-------

"Liv she hasn't shown up anywhere and hasn't so much as texted me since last night." I burst into her office behind her.
"She's probably still cooling off about last night Barba, relax." She sits down and opens a file.
"Lieutenant? Oh Barba thank god, have you heard from Naomi?"
My heart sunk as Carisi came in and said her name. "No, I was hoping she was with you."
I could see the worry on his face and he approaches Olivia's desk. "I haven't heard from her last night, she said she was going to a hotel." He turned to me, "What happened last"
I sigh and rub my head, "We got into an argument and she left and I assumed she was going to you that's why I texted you."
Benson's phone rings and she answers while Carisi and I continue going over out point-of-view.
"They found her bags and DNA around the block from your house," we both stare at her horrified. "Blood, no body."
