None of the students wanted to get up the next day. All three stayed in bed. Shiru with her broken pride, Thorn just not caring, and Rose who was rambling everything over in her mind.

After a few hours, it was mid day, or afternoon which ever is preferred. Each student lolly gagged in their rooms. Nothing really important or impressive.

Jynx was busy before the sunlight even peeked over the trees around them. She was in her fabric room, busy sewing away new fabrics to make curtains for the windows, the blinds were not enough for her. She adorned each curtain with omamori ties that had traditional writing on it. Each one a spell that was to protect and promote each person's well-being before attaching a small amulet to the ends. She continued to do so for every room. She made each of her student's a curtain that reflected their style and village. She herself had red, white, and black curtains that reflected both her clans without giving them away. She admired her mother's clan and her father's clan. She brushed her bangs behind her right ear and smiled as she went through her fabrics and began to make throw pillows for the living room hopefully to give the room life. "Finally some touch of class."

Her old bedroom, from when she was younger, was nearly a mess now with all of the boxes and containers of fabric. Cluttered, but decent in a way. She heard the stirring of her students and peeked out of her door to down the hall where the children lay.

She smiled seeing Rose wandering around looking at the place, both hands behind her back almost as if she was more of a royal child than a forest nymph.

Next was Thorn who went to the kitchen for a glass of water and scratched his head thinking while holding a book in his other hand and tapping out a beat with his toe.

After was Shiru who was too groggy to want to say anything or look up to anyone but instead knelt down at the table before folding her arms and hiding her face in them.

Jynx was wearing a black long coat that covered her black fabric and mesh outfit she wore when they first met her. The coat had three splits in it after it dropped off of her hips: one down the back, and two on her sides. The front was obviously open, but left everything under mostly visible. The students wore their same outfits as usual and all three sat at the dining table with stomachs a rumbling. She walked out swiftly and smirked kneeling down at the table as well.

"I suppose we don't have food here, do we, Sensei?" Shiru rubbed her eyes and yawned mid way of her sentence.

Jynx smiled and shook her head. "No, not really. That's why we're all going into town to pick up groceries. And an extra stock for our small restaurant. That'll be where you will also be working to earn a few coins for shopping if you need anything. It'll be a good learning experience."

"You just want to see your boyfriend. Don't you?" Shiru snickered and folded her arms smugly against her chest as she sat up.

Rose piped up, "That clearly wasn't her boyfriend. They are just friends you should know. It's not so hard to tell. If you would just notice, not just look from afar. There's a significant difference from looking and actually seeing. Yes, you can look at a person, but can you see the difference in posture and notice their body language? It's a good key to understand." Rose caught herself quickly and cupped her mouth with her hand slightly.

Jynx laughed and stood up. "Well said Rose. If you're talking about the man with grey hair, he's only a friend. There's nothing of that sort going on between us I assure you all. I was his superior before." She walked towards the doorway and knelt down to put her heeled ankle boots on. "Well, the day isn't getting any longer. You all slept a long while today. But we need to get going if you want to eat at some point today."
