Alana POV

That night I slept in between Aidan and jake with Luna on my chest. Nate had turned on me for no reason so I didn't feel like staying with him.

"Morning Lana" the guys came up from the basement along Maggie Maddison and Nicole.

"Sleep alright?" Cameron slinging his arm over my shoulder "yeah I did" I said lying it was uncomfortable with toddler feet kicking my shins and Aidan's elbows in my sides and baby drool on my chest.

"I'll see you soon sistah, Aaron, Carter Nash, Matt and I have gotta go get ready for work" soon enough everyone had gone.

"Mom I'm wrapping Christmas presents don't come in!" Aidan warned "okay be careful with the scissors!" I called back.

Teddy finished at the table and once again hurried off up stairs to do some more drawing and colouring. "You didn't make a mess this time!" I said in a baby voice to Luna. She smiled widely and crawled to her toys.

"So you wanna tell why you thought it would be best to sleep with little elbows and feet digging into you than with us?" Nate asked "because you were pissed at me for no reason!" I snapped

"Lana I'm not going to just snap at you for no reason am I?" "Well you just did!" He rolled his eyes and shoved me in front of the giant mirror near Luna.

"Just look" he said I looked at myself trying to workout what it was "your hand" he said grabbing my wrist "you're still wearing his promise ring"

"Promise you'll always be here, promise you'll never leave" he said "kinda ironic huh?" He said I kept my eyes fixed on the ring.

All the things Nathan was saying were right but he shouldn't be saying it. "Don't bring him up" I sighed snatching my wrist away. "Don't you think it's a bit wrong still wearing it you're not with him anymore"

I walked away picking Luna up as she had fallen back to sleep on her bear.

"I'm not having this conversation, I'm not an object" I replied walking up the stairs. "Lana stop trying to avoid the conversation" he said following me up.

I placed Luna in her crib and tried to walk past Nate. He stopped me and pulled me into my room.

"Why does a piece of jewellery bother you so much?" I asked. "Can you just take it off?" He asked starting to get annoyed.

I huffed pulling the ring off my finger and placing it in his hand. "You're a dick" I pushed him out of the room and laid in bed.

LANA: You still got that spare bedroom?
NASH: Of course, you in need?

LANA: not just yet but just making sure.

After an hour of sulking in bed I got up and went to Luna who was awake and playing with Aidan. "Hey mom" he greeted. "Hey" I said leaning against the door frame.

"Uh are you and dad alright? I heard you arguing earlier "yeah me and Nate are fine" I said and felt his eyes land on my finger.

"Where's your ring?" He asked. "I took it off" I shrugged and brought Luna into my embrace. "I'm gonna practise b ball" Aidan said and went downstairs.

I looked around The nursery and saw the picture of when she was first born. Nate was looking at me with so much love in his eyes and I had Luna swaddled in my arms.

"I can't let him slip away" I muttered and rushed down stairs placing Luna in her high chair.

"Nate?" I questioned going into his room and seeing the stuff he had here getting packed. "I'm so fucking sorry" I said attaching myself around him.

"Look me in the eye and say you don't love him" he said "Nathan, I'm always going to care about Sam I'm always going to have some kind of feelings for him"

"But I love you, you're the one I want" I said "Sam's the father of my kids you're the one I wanna be with" I said "now come on we've got a parent teacher conference soon." I said dragging him to kitchen.

"You're friends again" Aidan said hugging around our legs as we were about to kiss.

"Yeah" I said happily walking up to Teddy. "C'mon lil man" I said putting away his pens.

"I stay home" he pleaded snatching every colour back out of my hand.

"No come on" I said "4 minutes" he said and finished the last part of yet another drawing. "Okay but hurry" I said going to the bathroom.

By the time I had done he had already tidied his area and was downstairs with Aidan playing catch. "Come on then my gorgeous family." I said lifting Luna out of her chair.

She held tightly to my shirt as we made our way to the car.

Arriving at the school We sat across from Aidan's teacher. "Good afternoon mr ?" His teacher asked directly to Nate. "Maloley" Nate replied bouncing Luna on his lap.

"Well Aidan is doing extremely well in his subjects actually considering he's just started" she said "He's quite the gentleman too" she said.

She finished the brief description then dropped the S bomb.

"She's such an adorable baby, is she Sam's too?" She asked admiring Luna."yes she is" I said

"Does Sa- his father have anything to do with his excellent behaviour?" She asked "Sam isn't around anymore" I said awkwardly.

"I guess he's a busy man" she said "a very busy man" she said completely out of it. "Do you still keep in contact with him?" She asked.

"No he's cut us completely out of his life" I said bluntly "dad! Look this is what I did on tuesday" Aidan ran over holding his book. "Wow buddy that's great!" Nathan said proudly

"Dad?" The teacher said in shock. "Oh I always thought Sam was-" she said "he is but Ive been here for Aidan since birth" Nate said. "Aidan sweet heart Ted and go play with Ivan please" I said.

"He's such a loving kid, which parent did he inherit that off? I'm assuming both Sam seems like a nice guy" she said. "Okay that's enough all you've done is talk about Sam" Nate said.

"Well this is a parent teacher conference" she said. "Just give us the slip of paper so we can leave."

Nate stood up clutching Luna to his chest. "Have a great Christmas" she huffed handing me the slip. "Boys" I called opening the door. "Bye Ivan" Aidan waved.

"I'd say she's obsessed" he said buckling the kids in. "Mhmm" I said starting up the car once he had got in.

"Lana, I was planning on going home for a little and I'll be back on Christmas Eve for a little, my mom wants me to spend it with her and Stewart" he said "that's perfectly fine" I said "good" he said.

We spent the rest of the day playing dodge ball whilst Luna had another nap, Even teddy joined in.
