Chapter 35 Forgiveness

James' POV (finally! Lol)

I knock on Emily's door because I knew Riley was here. I needed to talk to her again and explain even if it didn't go so well the first time.

"Hello? Oh James." Emily says. "Hey Emily. I know Riley is here and I need to talk to her." I explain. "James, You hurt her. I don't know if she's ready to see you." Emily says. "Look Emily, I know I am not your favourite person right now but I need to talk with Riley." I plead. Emily steps out of the way inviting me in. "Thank you." "Go get my sister back James." She says and gives me a hug. "Riley!" Emily shouts.  "Hold on Em!" Riley yells back. "Ri, its important." "Ok coming!" "Emily, what's so importa...." Riley starts but stops when she see me.

"What are you doing here." She asks but more like a statement. "I am just going to leave you two alone." Emily says leaving. "Riley, I am so so so sorry for what I did. I would never do it again." I start. "James, if you came to apologise your wasting your time." Riley states. "I understand." I say turning around to leave but Riley stops me. "Your wasting you time because I already forgave you." She says. "What?" I ask not believing what I was hearing. "James, I forgave you. I love you and I don't want to let this mistake ruin our marriage." "Riley. I don't know what to say..." "then don't." She says kissing me. After our kiss I pull her into a tight hug. "I love you so much." I say. "I love you too." She replies. "Now what did I say?" Emily says smirking. "You were right Em." Riley tells her. "I always am." She smiles. "Uncle James!" Ellie says running to James. "Hey cutie." I say picking her up. "Do you want to stay for a late lunch?" Emily asks. "Sure if Riley wants too." Riley nods her head yes. This conversation went much better then I hoped.

After Lunch Riley and I drove home but in separate cars because she had one and I had one to drive back home.

Riley arrives a few minutes after I get back home and she asks where Olivia is. "She is staying with Piper tonight." I tell her. "Oh ok." She replies. "So what do you want to do?" I ask. "Let's pick out baby names." She says. "Ok" "If we have a boy I think we should name him Ryan after your father." Riley suggests. "Sure I like that. I like Brooklyn and Kaci for a girl." I say. "I like those names." Riley smiles. "Hey little Ryan or Brookie." Riley says to her belly which causes me to laugh. "What's so funny mister?" She asks laughing herself. "Your cute." "I know." Riley smiles.

"Here James" She says placing my hand on her swollen belly. "Can you feel it?" She asks. "Yea, I can feel Ryan kick." "Ryan?" She asks. "I think it will be a boy." I tell her. "Huh, Do you hear that Brookie? Daddy thinks your going to be a boy." Riley says playfully.

We go back and forth like this all afternoon. The baby was quite active and I got to feel the baby kick a few times while Riley said she could feel him/her moving a lot.

Riley's POV

It was really nice to have the afternoon to ourselves. It has been awhile that we actually sat down and laughed and talked. I thought it would be hard to trust James again but it wasn't. I trust him more and I know it was truly an accident.

4 1/2 weeks later.

"Olivia is everything in the car?" I ask. "Yes, I just need to grab a few more things for my carry on." She replies.

I am driving Olivia to the Airport seeing how it's April 30th. Skylar replaced her in A-Troupe and she is doing amazing. Amanda had her baby girl on April 19th and Emily's due date was April 23rd so it's killing Emily not to have that baby. The doctors said to give her one more week before they do anything about it. When she does go into labor Ellie and Nathen are coming to stay with us. I guess Emily has already packed their bags. At least that's what she told me last time I talked to her.
