Hey it's Andrew. Are you free to go out to dinner with me at 6?  That was the text that Harleen received as Sloanne shook her arm excitedly.

"Harley, you have to go," she said excitedly.

"I don't know. I barely know him. Plus, Dr. Killigan gave us a paper to write."

"Screw that paper. One of the cutest guys I've ever seen is asking you on a date. Take the opportunity," Sloanne pleaded to Harleen.

"It's not like he's going to change my life," Harleen smirked at her.

"You never know," she replied and put her arm around her. "Harleen, as your best friend, I'm going to tell you that going on this date is going to be one of the best decisions that you will ever make. Do it."

Harleen put her head against her best friend's shoulder. "I'm only doing it because you're making me," she smiled.

"Oh my gosh so you're going?" Sloanne gasped. Harleen smirked. "Yay!" she screamed. Harleen laughed. "I'll text him back." She brushed her blonde hair out of her face. What was she getting herself into? Harleen laid back onto her bed as Sloanne got up. Her heart was racing as she imagined the different directions the night could go. She was jolted from her trance when her phone buzzed.

Andrew: Great, I look forward to seeing you. Is the Wood Grill ok?

Perfect, Harleen texted back. Sloanne suddenly looked at her. "What are you going to wear?"

"Oh crap, I forgot about that," she sighed.

"It's only a first date, so you have to dress casual. I think you should wear your skinny jeans and a cute top," Sloanne suggested.

"How about this one?" Harleen asked pulling a white button down shirt from her closet.

"Harleen, thats too boring. You need something more flirty," Sloanne responded and started fishing around her closet. She pulled out a red tank top with a low neckline. "Wear this with your black skinny jeans."

"Are you sure it's not too revealing?" Harleen questioned.

"You'll look hot. Plus, Andrew doesn't seem like he's the type of guy to act like a pig," Sloanne scuffed.

"Ok I'll try it on," she sighed and stepped out of her sweatpants. She put on the skinny jeans and pulled the tank top over her head. She went over to the mirror and looked at her reflection. "Wow, red is a good color on me," she smiled.

"See, you should listen to your best friend more often," Sloanne smiled. Harleen ran over and hugged her.

"Don't forget to give Andrew a kiss tonight," she snickered.

"Shut up," Harleen laughed and lightly punched her best friend's arm.
