Three drinks into the night and Harleen Quinzel was gone.

"Chug baby chug," Matt chanted as Harleen finished drank her beer.

"Harley is in the house!" she screamed as she put down the glass.

"Let's dance Harley," Matt smiled and grabbed her hand. Harley let loose as soon as she was on the dance floor. Matt watched as her body swayed to the beat of the music. He grabbed her hips and got behind her. She chuckled and pried his hands away.

"Not tonight Matt," she said.

"Aw c'mon girl we're in the club," he smirked.

"I just wanna have fun Matt, let me dance the way I want to," she said.

"You're my bitch tonight," he said thrusting her close to him.

"Hey I said get off," she hissed and stamped on his foot.

"Ow! What the hell Harleen!" he yelled and grabbed her by the wrists.

"Let go of me," she slurred. Suddenly Harley was pulled away from his grasp.

"What the?"

WHAM! Matt was socked in the face. Harley turned to look at her hero. The lights hid his face, so at first all he looked like was a normal man with his hair in a bun. But as she looked closer she could see the scars.

"Puddin!" the word tumbled out of her mouth.

"It's time to go," Joker said and dragged her by the waist.

"Hey she's mine!" Matt screamed and threw a punch. Joker easily dodged it and grabbed Matt's throat. He started gasping as Joker said, "She's mine pal. Understand?" Matt nodded and Joker ran out with Harley.

"Thank you," she said.

"You're in big trouble missy. The car is parked right down here," he grumbled.

"Hey man you messed with the wrong guy," Matt said from behind them. Joker stopped in his tracks. Harley's eyes darted from man to man. The Joker let his green hair fall out of the bun. He turned and smiled at Matt. The street lights illuminated his scarred smile. Matt's face turned pale.

"Oh shit, man I'm sorry," Matt stuttered and started running. Joker quickly pulled out his gun and shot him dead. Harley screamed.

"Shush shush shush," he covered her mouth. "Spade come here!" he called out to the bouncer. He obeyed and winced at the sight of Matt. "Get rid of the mess," Joker ordered. He nodded and dragged Matt away. Joker picked up a crying Harley and put her in his car.

"You didn't have to kill him," she cried.

"He tried touching my stuff," he grumbled.

"Aw you do care about me Puddin," she giggled.

"You're so drunk Harley," he sighed. He looked over and saw her passed out in her seat.

"Great," he rolled his eyes and drove off.
