It was insensitive! Her lips bled, so did his. She would not let him hurt her, but give it back too. He hissed squeezing her waist while she was on him. It was not in her saneness to keep her body back but he had made her lie on him cogently; their lips still tangled. When he let her suck a breath, she parted quickly, trying to get up, but his hold on her was exact. Her lips tormented again; why is he so hardhearted towards her poor lips; she whimpered. She would not admit she was enjoying it. Her halfhearted struggles dwindled when he paced down; giving her time to enjoy or decide what is next!
Pushing him off, she could collect herself to slap him tight across his face. "Stop doing that!" He widened his eyes, touching his cheek as a penetrating pain prattled into his ear. "How dare you slap me Ishita!" He got up furious. Grabbing her arms, he looked intensely into her eyes. He wanted to slap her back or strangle her; anger was overturning all other emotions at that moment; she has never stopped him from loving her, but now. However, the thin line her eyes appeared, letting tears wet down her cheeks, he paused from bellowing at her. "I know you're getting close to me, because I can't stop you! Why are you using my weakness, Raman..." She broke down crying in his arms.
Using her weakness? That clearly means she is thinking he is using her, physically! She was having a very bad impression on him, all along, from when she has left him; or maybe from when she has returned; he realized. He has not opened up to her before trying to get close to her. In his insecurities, all he wanted was to make her his, again, and stop her from going to Abhimanyu. He ignored her discomfort, her apprehensions, their status, everything. He was indeed doubting her; he would not admit it to her though. However, there was something about this woman, which stopped him from abhorring her; he could do nothing but fall in love, crazily, and pursue her.
He should not have thought that they do not need a confrontation. He should not have assumed they could understand each other by their presence, which would be more than fine between them. However, she was just a woman, fragile; she needed his assurance; she needed him to talk to her, express what they should do. He had told her off, he does not want her back, hates her; then how could he expect her to be easy with his proximity! He was a fool to think otherwise and stress his brain thinking about the other man who still repellent him.
"Alright..." He stepped back, raising his hands in defeat. "We'd talk..." He looked everywhere but her. She sighed falling in the couch relaxed while he drew a chair in front of her. She has her eyes closed when he held her hands, hugging them close to his heart. "What's gone wrong?" He wanted to know it while she took a deep breath. "He saved me from there...and I jumped in front of a truck!" She whispered. She could feel his breathing halt for a trice before he calmed and pecked her knuckles. His face cupped in her palm as she budged closer and pecked his forehead. "I didn't mean to hurt you so much. I was venting my frustration out. I can't even think of a life without you Ishita... I thought you knew it." He mumbled crushing her in his arms. Even though she was getting suffocated in his embrace, she let him feel her until he would be okay.
"He saved me again Raman..." Her words compelled him to break the hug. He looked guilt-ridden. He should not have beaten him up because of his possessiveness. He should have ignored his words and warned him other than hurting him. "I'm so sorry, I almost killed him!" He closed his mouth, feeling contrite. She would not tell him what exactly happened later; he would not just almost kill but beat him until he takes his last breath; she shivered with the thought itself. "Shhh..." She tried consoling him; bring him out of his remorse. "He'll understand..." She said, but she knows he would never! "The truck hit him Raman. He got paralyzed below waist. I had to stay back, because I was guilty and Aaliya was alone. It was all because of me, and I, was so lost that I thought it was better to look after them other than committing suicide again. I was repenting. It doesn't mean that I haven't thought about our kids for once all these years, but I thought you won't need me. You hate me. You'd insult me if I come back. You'd not let me meet them and hurt me again, and you did, didn't you?" She shot a cold stare, chuckling sardonically.
