Angel and Damon together forever. Only Angel is a well known lawyer and has a lot of clients. Sometimes Damon wonders if she loves the job more than him. But he had no reason. Angel loves him more than anything. She will never leave him or hurt.
As she looked at Damon she told him we have done what we think is best for the boy. So we have to just wait and see what happens. Damon did not want to hear this. Angel said we both know most of the people in this whole town is sick or infected.
It is worse then any flu so we have to find out what is causing it besides water. Then the child asked if it was maybe aids. They both told him no. Damon told him it is something new and we just have to try to figure it out. Which we are trying to do now. Then he wanted to know what all Damon knew about it. Damon told him at this point not much. I was thinking he sure has a lot of questions for someone so young.
He said maybe we could name it after you Damon and Damon said I don't know if we can but I will find out. All we know right now is it is killing a lot of people. It is making them dangerous and they want to eat people who are infected. Well Damon was upset again because of what she said. He said he was to young to be told something wanted to eat people that are sick.
Angel said they want to kill us so we will be sick also. Then they eat us like everyone else. Damon looked at me and said Please stop talking about these things in front of a child.
I told him no I won't it is better if he knows the truth than a lie. I told the boy they will try to bite us. He had a look of concern on his face but it did not last long. He just looked at us and said I feel safe with the two of you. Then he said so they are zombies and I said yes. He just smiled and said if one tries to bite me I will knock him down with something. Then I smiled.
Angel said she had a gun and he said well all you have to do is shoot it in the head. Angel was impressed with the boy.
Then Damon said we have to keep moving so they started walking and walked as far as they could. Angel I wondered if maybe his parents were zombies. We need to find out. They heard a sound like leaves rushing by with birds in flight.
