Damon And Angel Book 2 Completed

Chapter 14

Damon said since it was the weekend that was probably why there was no one around.  Then he said but there usually is some people here.  I wonder why no one is here.  They both had their minds on the same thing.  Then he said something that made them both laugh.  

But then they both thought it was wrong to laugh when people was dying all around them.  Or turning into zombies.  He knew he had to find out what was causing this.  

Angel knew what was going on in his head and told him I will help you to investigate.  She had the training and the know how.  The walking dead was another story.  But she would handle it.  She was sure she and Damon could make it.  

She was worried about Damon how was he going to handle all of this.  With everything happening so fast.  But Damon knew what she was thinking and told her don't worry I won't have a melt down.  Not with all these zombie's around and leave you alone with them.  This made her smile.  

A sound came then and she was shocked.  It had to be a zombie so she took her gun and went to find it with Damon right beside her.  Then it came walking towards her and she aimed and fired and shot him dead as a door knob.  Damon said wow you are fast.  She just smiled.  

There was concern on his face but he knew Angel was fine.  He still could not believe how fast she could shoot.  He looked at the dead body and concern was written on his face.  She looked through the clothes on the body to see if he had anything they could use.  While Damon stood there and watched.  He wondered how she could do that so quick.  Then they both walked away.  

For some reason Damon felt sick but he could not let Angel know.  But all he could see was blood dripping from Angel.  Then they came across something that was sticky.  He told her to be careful that they did not know what it was. It could get them infected.
