Angel said we cannot it would put us in more danger or get us killed. Angel told her not to worry that they would be careful. Her friend kept talking and Angel hung up on her. She would have to explain later.
Then Damon heard a groan and so did Angel as she drew her gun and checked everything out and Damon was beside her. Then she saw them so many zombies. They were all infected and now in the building. They had to get out.
They went to the back and Damon saw the zombies and knew this was bad. They did not know if the zombies would be in the back or not. It was a chance they had to take. They would have to make it fast . Damon opened the door and they ran fast. The zombies had gotten the door opened and Damon hit one zombie with it and it fell down.
Angel dropped down and Damon stood there like he was in a daze and she shot two rounds into zombies. She did not know how many she got down. Then they were running again.
There was not many around now and they knew now they could make it. They were going to be lucky if they did not slip and fall. There were fingers and hands trying to touch them and one of the fingers scraped his neck as Damon got away.
When they got to the car the zombies had found them. But lucky for them they could not get to them. The car went by so fast it hit a zombie and she felt a jolt. Neither one of them realized that it had started raining. They both started laughing at once. Then joking around. But one of them was hurt or a zombie had touched one of them because blood was on the seat now.
Now if only they could find a safe place and keep a watch out for each other. Find out who had the blood on them. If not they could be infected. But they would not let this slow them down. They had to move on no matter what. For some reason they heard a sound and the car did not sound right. But they both heard it and knew they had to stop and check it.
