Damon was fighting they were trying to put tubes down his throat. But he kept saying what if I need to say something. He is so stubborn and so cute when he is mad. The doctors finally just gave him a mask.
There was nothing more they could do. They would finish up at the hospital. It might take more then a couple of days. I knew I would stay with him all the time he was there. I was not going to leave his side.
There were still zombies around but everyone was out now and the worse was over. They could round up the infected. Then work on a cure!
Then I saw my best friend and was happy. Her hair was not combed and her dress was a mess but other than that she was fine. It had not been that long since I had seen her but it felt like forever. I wanted to hug her but I would not leave Damon not even for her.
But she came over to us instead. She told us to be safe and left.
