medicine sucks.

Jada P.O.V

I woke up and was still in bed. I checked the time and it was 9:30. Isn't school in? BOOM!! BOOM!!

"AHHH!!" I screamed loudly. I'm very frightened of storms. I got up and ran downstairs.

"Are you okay?? Are you hurt or anything?" Asked Lesane, he was sitting in the couch watching TV.

"It's storming outside. I got frightened by the thundering." I said.

"I know, school got canceled. I'll protect you though. You can sit on the couch next to me." He smiled.

Well than, I took a seat next to him and he wrapped an arm around me. 

"Do I have a boyfiend? I mean, I am too pretty to be single." I asked.

"No, you don't have a boyfirend. He broke up with you." He answered.

"What? Why?" I asked.

"Because I kissed you in front of him." He smiled.

"Why are you smiling? It isn't funny." I said. 

I sighed. "I bet we had a great relationship." 

"Nope. Yall didn't. He used to cheat on you and hit you. His name was Freddy." He said.

Now why is he lying like this? "Oh." I said.

He got up and ran into somewhere, then came back with a bottle. 

"That reminds me. You have to take your medicine." He said. He took out a pill and got a glass of water. "Here, take it." He said.

I can't really take the pills if I'm faking. Oh crap, I didn't think of that.

"I can't right now, I like this show." I said. 

"What show? The TV ain't even on." He said.

"Wellll, I don't wanna take it. Sowwy." I said.

"Look, you have to take it. The doctor prescribed it to you so your memory can get better. Now, take it or else." He warned.

"Or else what Lesane?" I ask- oops..

He looked at me astonished. "How do you know my name? If you have amnesia then you can't remember. I told you my name two days ago, you would've forgotten.." He asked.

Aw crap. "I'm going upstairs to my room.' I said getting up.

"No no! Wait I kinda approached you the wrong way with that. Kinda. But can you just please take this medicine for your health? For me?" He asked, smiling.

Ugh, I'm gonna regret this. I took the pill and the water and.. well, took it. Will this effect my brain in any way? I handed him back the water. 

"Thank you." He said.

I flicked him the finger as I went upstairs.

He laughed. "Already did incase you 'forgot'." He added.

I turned back around and went downstairs. "Y'know you are very disrespectful. And I don't appreciate what you just said." I said.

"Well everyones not who YOU want them to be Jada." He said.

"Ok Lesane but still. You've always been disrespectful to me. Like that time when you asked me on a date and instead of coming you went to the carnival with Aliyah!" I yelled, oh crap! My anger got the best of me.
