Chapter 41 {By Ramey}

Once we landed, we grabbed our carry ons and began to head to the conveyor belt.

Neptune was so excited, I felt like I could see butterflies pressing against her stomach and her smile seemed to reach to her ears.

I went off to wait for our bags at the conveyor belt, but when I looked back to talk to Neptune, she was gone, across the airport, running towards Luke, arms open.

Aw.

I saw Mikey and Ashton sitting on a bench, watching them, a man with dark brown hair sat next to them with his head down, who I assumed was Calum, though I couldn't be for sure because I couldn't see his face.

I saw Neptune's maroon colored suitcase and snatched it off the conveyor belt, setting it on the ground next to me.

I stared boringly at the belt, wondering what it'd be like when I got to see them.

Would Luke still be the lanky goofy kid I remembered?

Would Ashton and Mikey still be madly in love with each other?

Would Calum be awkward around me?

I saw my navy blue, almost black, suitcase and pulled it off.

I began to drag the two large suitcases over to the boys, antsy to see them, but it was difficult because the wheels kept hitting my heels.

"Do you need help with that?" Someone asked.

I looked straight towards Neptune and Luke who were still hugging but now Ashton and Mikey were standing by them, waiting to hug Neptune.

'Calum' looked up and I realized that it wasn't Calum, it was just a Spanish guy who happened to have a similar haircut to him.

I turned around to be met by dark brown eyes and tan skin.

"Calum!" I yell and let go of the suitcases hugging him around his neck.

He wrapped his arms around my waist and tucked his head in between my head and my shoulder, which steadied me from tipping over since I was standing on my tip toes.

He had gotten so tall...

He breathed warm air into my neck, causing goosebumps to form on my arms and legs.

"I missed you so much." I whispered.

We pulled away from the hug and he smiled.

"Really? It didn't seem like it." He laughed and his eyes crinkled up.

He took both of the bags as I began to run towards Luke.

I hugged Luke quickly since he, of course, was my best friend but also happened to be my best friend's boyfriend and I didn't want anyone to think anything.

"How's Australia without us?" Luke asked.

"Boring. You remember Danny? From our math class?" I asked as Luke nodded. "He got Janessa pregnant and that's all the school has been talking about."

"You call that boring?" He laughs.

"Well, I guess it's not boring but it's no fun without you guys." I sighed.

I walked over and hugged Ashton.

"How's my family?" He asked.

"Great, but they miss you." I explained.

"They better miss me." He chuckles.

Finally, I go to hug Michael.

"Mikey!" I exclaim and wrap my arms around his chest.

"Rylie!" He laughed and spun me around.

"I missed you!" I say.

"I missed you too!" He smiled.

I pulled away and then ran towards Neptune who was talking to Calum.

"Neptune! I missed you so much!" I yelled and hugged her, pulling to the ground.

We were both a laughing mess and the guys began to grab their stuff and gather around us.

"We can't fuck around for too long, paparazzi are beginning to show up." Ash states.

I stand up and help Neptune up and then look around to see two paparazzi from different news websites.

We began to walk outside and the guys began putting on their hoodies, sunglasses, and hats to help in covering themselves up from fans and such.

We hop in a red jeep that was pulled up in the back of the building and we began driving somewhere.

"Where do you guys want to go first?" Luke asks.
