Emotional Breakdown

Elizabeth's POV

I woke up from my nap. I crawled out of Demi's bed and walked down stairs. I saw Demi crying on the couch. I wondered what happened. I don't like seeing her sad. I went over to her and gave her a hug. She smile at me. I tried to get on the couch with her, but I was too short. Demi helped me up. But she kept crying. I wish I could help her.

I wanted to talk to her so bad but I was scared. I was thinking about what she said earlier. She called me her daughter. Demi snapped me out of my thoughts as she pulled me closer to her. I layed my head on her chest while she brushed my hair with her fingers. She said while crying"I wish you could talk to me... I'd love to hear the sound of your voice." I looked up at her and smiled.

Our eyes met. More tears came out of her eyes. I wanted to make her feel better. I sat up straight and started to stroke her long blonde hair. I helped her wipe her tears off. Demi smiled and said"I Love You, babygirl" I was suprised. I haven't heard that word in a long time.

I opened my mouth slowly then whispered "I love you Mommy"

Demi's POV

Her little baby voice. Saying I love you. I smile at her. I grabbed her and sat her on my lap holding her head on my chest. I said while crying"My baby, I love you babygirl... " Elizabeth gave me a little kiss on the cheek and said"I love you too, mamma." We both cried so much.

After we finally got it together I washed our faces and carried Elizabeth to the kitchen to make her some dinner. I made us some tacos. Eli loved them. While we were eating she asked in her sweet little voice"Mommy... why w-were you cry-ing?" I sighed and said"It's kind of complicated...don't worry about it ok?...ready for dessert?" Eli smiled and nodded.

I got our plates to the table and got ice cream served in little cups. I brought topping to the table so she can decorate it. She made a smily face with 'M and M's' Eli asked "Mama..."I said as I swallowed a spoonfull of ice ceam"Yeah baby?" Eli looked up at me with her big beautiful eyes then asked"Do I have a daddy?" I sighed and tried to awnser her. I said"Well, actually... no... I'm not married.. or anything." She replied"Oh..." I said"But don't worry... It's still gonna be alot of fun with just me and you".

I took a bit of whipped cream on my finger and touched her cute little nose, covering it with whipped cream. We both giggled. I cleaned off the whipped cream and the kissed her little nose. I then said"Baby... if I ever date someone, you're still gonna be first in my life, and I'm always going to love you, ok?" She smiled and said"Pinky promise" as she stuck her pincky out.

I wraped my pinky around hers' and said"Pinky promise!" I said while getting up"Well I think we should get you ready for bed." as I tickled her tummy. I cleaned the dishes and then gave Elizabeth a bath, then put her to bed. I actually share my bed with her every night.

After she fell asleep I just looked at the pictures I had on my phone. I found the last one I had of me and Wilmer. The last one we took together, the night before the party. Tears escaped my eyes. I brought myself to finally delete it. Done. I cuddled next to Elizabeth while crying. After a while I stopped. And sooner or later I fell asleep.
