more (Aiden)

"Hey Aiden." I smiled.
"Hey (Y/N). I was wondering if we could talk about the thing you told me yesterday." Aiden mumbled.
"If we have to." I sighed.

Yesterday I told Aiden I'm running away from home to New York. He confessed his love to me but I turned it down. I was going. We sat down on the stairs. It was lunchbreak so only a few people were passing there.

"You told me that you wanted someone to love you and here I am begging for your attention and suddenly you're not interested anymore." Aiden said.
"I am interested! I'm more than interested, but this is what I have to do. I have to go." I stood up and wanted to walk away.
"But-" he tried taking my hand in his.
"There is no but! I am going Aiden. Nothing that you are going to say or do is going to change my mind." I shouted.
"How long until you stop pretending!" Aiden shouted.

People were looking at us.

"I'm not pretending! I love you so much but we're never going to be together, Aiden! You can't stop me!" I shouted.

He looked at me. I closed my eyes and looked away. I couldn't take it. I ran away.

"No wait." Aiden tried.

I was already gone. I saw the pack. I walked over to them and hid my tears. I don't know why they probably smelled it anyway.

"Hey guys, I have to go somewhere. I just wanted to say goodbye." I said.
"Where are you going? it's just lunch. What's wrong?" Stiles asked.
"I have to do this okay? let's just say I'll see you around okay." I said and walked away.

I went home and took my stuff. I left a note on my pillow for Aiden.

Aiden's PoV

I looked for her. I couldn't find her. I went to class she had to be there. I sat with the pack but (Y/N)'s table stayed empty.

"Scott where is (Y/N)." I asked.
"She left, didn't she tell you?" Scott whispered.
"I have to go." I said and took my stuff before running out.

I completely ignored the teacher calling after me. I drove to her house and climbed through her window hoping she'd be there but I crawled into a cold and empty room. All her pictures were off the wall. I saw a note on her pillow.

"Dear Aiden,

I'm sorry for not telling you I was leaving today. I know you're going to be okay. I love you I really do but I can't be with you and then leave. I know I should've told you sooner about my plan, but I couldn't because when I'm with you I start doubting if leaving was the right thing to do. I had to choose between my dreams and you and I know that I'll always love you but either way I was going to regret it anyway. I'm sorry for leaving you in pain. You're not the only one I meant what I said at school. I love you so this makes it equally painful for me. I hope you forgive me one day. I really love you.

My eyes were filled with tears. I looked at the clock and jumped back onto my bike. I could make it just in tim I had to. I called her. I had to talk to her. My heart skipped a beat when I heard her voice.

"Don't get on the plane, please I love you and I know this sounds crazy but I need you I can't be without you, I can't be without my anchor. If you want me I will support you all the way just stay a little longer with me please." I said.
"I have to Aiden I can't go back now." She said.

I heard her voice tremble. I jumped off my bike at the airport.

"I'm almost with you just please don't get on the plane." I tried.
"Aiden don't."

I ran in. New York gate 4.

"I'll be right with you." I said and hung up.

I ran past the guards I was immediately followed by a lot of them. Gate 12. Who starts with the last gate? I ran as fast as I could. They couldn't keep up. Gate 4. I saw her standing there and ran even faster. One last sprint.

"Aiden!" She had tears streaming down her face.

I hugged her as tight as I could without killing her. She hugged back. I was crying as well. No one had ever seen me cry.

"I love you." I mumbled.

Your PoV

My heart dropped. This was what I feared, a heartbreaking goodbye.

"I love you too." I cried.

Aiden was crying too which was.

"Please don't go I need you. I'll come with you if you want just go all alone."
"I have to do this Aiden. I love you." I said and kissed his.

The people in the gate clapped. This wasn't some movie this was real life horror I had to board my plane but I couldn't watch him fall apart brick by brick with each step I took.

"Sir get your hands in the air and hold them right where I can see them."
"Aiden." I said.
"It's okay go." Aiden said and held his hands in the air.

I kissed him one more time.

"I love you and I'll call you when I get there." I said.
"Please stay. I can't be without you." Aiden whispered.

The put him on his knees and took him away.

"Miss? Are you boarding the plane." The guy said.

I followed. I looked back seeing Aiden struggling to get free. I looked at the plane and back at Aiden. I had to do it.

Aiden sat on his bed with a picture of the two of you. he couldn't take it. he might be a werewolf, but he couldn't coop with the pain in his chest. His heart felt like it was stabbed multiple times and then put back in his body. His phone went. He looked to see it was me.

"Hey." He said.
"I'm here." I said.
"What's it like over there?" He asked.
"I don't know." I replied.
"What do you mean?" Aiden asked.
"I'm here in front of your house." I said.

Aiden jumped up and ran down. He saw me and dropped his phone. I dropped everything and ran into his arms. He hugged me tight.

"You came back." He cried.
"I can't be without you too." I smiled and kissed him.

He kissed me back .

"I love you so much." Aiden smiled.
"Not as much as I love you." I smiled and we got inside.
"You're right. I love you even more than that." Aiden smiled.
