I in the grass and looked at the lacrosse players. I was popular but I liked to be alone as well. Jackson was my best friend. I know you think he's a jerk but he's different around me. A good different. He let's me see the real him. I was thinking about a question he asked me."What is your goal?" He had asked me. I didn't know yet. I wasn't a live planner I waited and let it come to me. I wasn't paying attention because Jackson made me jump when he said hi and sat down.

"Easy it's just me." Jackson smiled.
"I know I was just thinking." I said.
"About what?" He asked and ate a snack.
"About my future." I sighed.
"Ah the live goals I asked you." Jackson said.
"Yes it keeps me awake that I realise I don't know what I want." I sighed annoyed.
"Relax it'll come to you." He smiled and took your hand.
"What is your goal?" I asked.
"To get out of Beacon Hills." Jackson sighed.
"That's not so hard, but the part where you figure out where you belong that's the hard part." I sighed and laid my head on his shoulder.
"I don't know I want to take a year off and travel Europe." He said.
"Sounds like a plan." I sighed.
"Come with me." Jackson said.
"I can't and you know why." I said and left.

Jackson Looked at me and sighed.

...

We dropped the subject until Jackson decided to go and travel the world. My heart fell to pieces. I couldn't loose Jackson he was my best friend. We were at the airport saying our last goodbyes.

"Remember, if you need my help. Call me. I'm serious. I'll take the first flight back to you okay?" Jackson said.
"I know Jacks, I know." I sighed and hugged him tighter than I could possibly do.

He hugged back.

"We weren't going to cry right. We are strong and we can handle this. I'll be back before you know it."Jackson said.
"Okay." I whispered.
"I love you." Jackson said.
"I love you too, Jacks." I replied.

We had to go separate ways. I waved goodbye and felt like my world was falling apart. I went back to my flat and thought of the three words Jackson had finally spoken. 'I love you.' Those three words carved it's place in my heart. I never realised how much I really loved him until those three crucial words.I stared at the pictures above my head for hours. They brought back the awesome memories. I took my laptop and saw a skype message from Jackson. I smiled when his face popped up.

"What up Whittemore?" I smiled.
"Hey cutie, Look I'm here I'm in the airport of New York." He smiled.
"That's great Jacks." I smiled.
"What's wrong?" Jackson asked.
"Nothing just a little sad that you're so far away and that I'll have to watch the notebook on my own." I lied.
"Are you watching the notebook?" Jackson asked.
"We always do it's Saturday." I smiled.
"I wish I was with you I want to be with you so badly right now. How can you watch the notebook without me you're teddy bear who gives you cuddles when you're about to cry." Jackson said.
"I'll be fine. You're back before I know it right." I said.
"I've gotta go. Love you." Jackson said and closed the chat.

I sighed and closed the laptop. I put the notebook into my tv and started watching it. I cried harder than ever before. Normally Jackson would comfort me by spoiling me with hugs but he wasn't there he wasn't there. The tears drifted me off to sleep.

Jackson's PoV

'What have you done Jackson? this isn't where you belong.' I thought. I had to go back like right now.I took my stuff and booked my flight back. Back to where I belong.

"Sir there is a storm coming up there are no planes leaving."
"You've got to be kidding me. I have to I can't let the love of my life slip away from me." I said frustrated.
"I'm sorry sir but I don't the weather nor do I make the rules." She said.
"How do I go back then? I have to get there tonight." I  tried.
"Impossible but I suggest a cab or a bus or on foot." She said.
"Fine." I sighed angry.

I took my stuff and went outside it was pouring really hard outside. I sighed again. I only had one choice left...

Your PoV:

I woke up to banging on my door. Sunshine was coming through the curtains.

"I'm coming." I groaned.

I opened the door but before I could take a proper look I felt two lips on mine. I knew that smell out of nowhere Jackson. I kissed back.

"Jacks?" I asked and broke free.
"I couldn't do it." He said out of breath.
"Do what?" I asked.
"Leave you behind." He smiled.
"You're soaking wet what happened?" I asked.
"I ran here." He said.
"From New York?" I asked.
"Yes. I had no choice." He said.
"You are completely crazy." I said.
"Completely crazy about you." Jackson said and kissed me again.

I had dreamed about us being together but this was way better than I could ever imagine.

"Oh just one more thing."
"What?" I smiled.
"I know where you belong." Jackson smiled.
"You know where I belong?" I asked.
"Yes you belong right here." Jackson smiled and hugged me.
"In this apartment?" I joked.
"No dumbass in my arms. And no matter where we are I belong with you." Jackson said and kissed my lips.

I smiled and felt happier than I had ever been.

"Do you want to watch the notebook?" I asked.
"Hell yeah." Jackson smiled.

We cuddled up in the sofa. Jackson was right. I belong in his arms.
