Hiyori, Tsuki and Yato were outside searching for Yukine when Yato suddenly stopped. Hiyori turned around, looking in a dead pale face.

"Y-Yato? What is it?", she asked, being afraid of what his answer may be.

"I-I'm not feeling that good", the god said, blood slowly starting to spill from his nose.

His legs felt shaky and he had a hard time trying not to fall.

"Daddy, your nose is bleeding!", Tsuki discovered scared.

Hiyori had a bad feeling and right when she was about to say anything else, Yato fell to his knees, clutched his shirt and coughed up blood while his neck was immediately covered with blight.

"Y-Yu-ki-ne!", the god whispered, feeling his Hafuri's name break bit by bit.

"Yato? Are you okay?", Hiyori panicked and rushed to his side.

NO! Not again! This can't be happening.

"Y-You need t-to help me get up!", Yato said, reaching out to Hiyori, "I n-need to find h-him!"

"What's happening to you daddy?", Tsuki asked.

Hiyori was helping Yato to stand up. Their daughter knew very well that something bad was happening.

Could their family never have a normal time without terrible things happening, the young girl thought.

She saw her father in a horrible state, fearing for his life but she also had a strange feeling that she couldn't describe. Something inside of her was practically screaming that someone nearby needed her help. This feeling got stronger and stronger, as if it was coming closer.

And something was coming closer.

A shadow in the distance was heading right into their direction and with every step it got closer, they were able to hear a disturbing mumbling that sent shivers down their spines. Even though it was pitch black by now they could clearly make out the silhouette.

"What is that?", Tsuki asked, taking a step back.

She was scared.

Scared beyond words.

"Who is that?"

The shadow came closer.

"Who is that man?"

Yato screamed out in pain.

"Who are these people?"

A cracking noise made the three of them tremble in fear.

The shadow was now near enough for them to make out what it was.

"Yukine?", Hiyori gasped.

His eyes were opened widely, showing an emptiness that she had never seen before. Tsuki couldn't believe that it was her big brother right in front of her.

For the first time, she was afraid of him.

"Yukine!", it took Yato all of his strength to let go of Hiyori and take a step forward.

"Who are they? Why am I seeing these things? What is going on? TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON WITH ME?!", he yelled, not sounding like himself at all.

"Please .. Y-You need to c-calm down! Everything will b-be alright I p-promise y-you!", the god tried to calm him down, knowing that it wouldn't work.
