"Camping! Camping! CAMPIIIIIING!", Tsuki cheerfully sang and danced around the living room.

It had been Yato's idea.

A family vacation would be a good change of pace for all of them, after everything that had happened.

Some time far away from home to get their heads clear. It would be a good way to actually start the new beginning Yukine was talking about the day Tsuki woke up from her fever. Because not only Yukine needed a fresh start, all of them did.

Tsuki had gotten over the loss of Rei and was finally able to act like her old self again. All thanks to the support of everyone.

Yukine got over liberation and knew about the god's greatest secret now without being affected by it any longer.

Hiyori needed a time out after she had to take care of everyone day after day without getting rest herself.

As for Yato, he got injured more times than he could count. Bandages had been his best friend for the last weeks, no, month.

Without any question, they all deserved a break.

Camping happened to be something all of them could agree on. Hiyori loved the idea of sitting around a campfire, cuddling with her loved ones while Yukine and Tsuki never got the chance to go camping, what made them really excited. As for Yato, he was all about roasting marshmallows and sausages.

So it was decided.

They would all go on a family vacation.

Before they would leave, Yato wanted to visit Tenjin first.

The old god had always been a person Yato seeked out when he had problems or wanted to talk about something.

And there was a lot to talk about. Things that he couldn't talk about to someone other than a god.

Yato told Tenjin what happened with Yukine and Tsuki. How Yukine's name broke and how Tsuki was able to restore it. That Yukine survived and even though he knew about his real name, he showed no sign of crossing lines that shouldn't be crossed.

"That sounds rather alarming if you ask me", Tenjin said after he had listened to the whole story, "I've never once heard of something similar happening before. What you described may be a miracle. But also-"

"Also what?", Yato asked, a serious expression on his face.

"Tsuki healed Yukine-kun you said?"

"She did. Her hand started glowing the same way god's fingers do, when we name or revoke a name. After she woke up, she also told me that she saw Yukine's memories. Not all of them though. I know this sounds serious but I ... I ... "

Yato felt so helpless. His daughter showed powers that no one had ever heard of and they had affected her in a rather grave way. She could have died if it wasn't for Hiyori's incredible sense of worst case preparations.

"I can see why you are concerned but as much as I'd like to console you, it's not like I haven't warned you. Way back when you asked me how to fix Hiyori-chan's condition. You should have cut your ties back then, that would have been the right thing to do. Humans and gods are two different beings from two different worlds. Mixing them up always results in misfortune."
