I know this is my third post. But I thought, why not! Here's chapter 20! It just keeps getting better!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I woke up early this morning because I was so eager to get out of this place. I was getting very familiar with the people here and I don’t want to stay here anymore.

The doctor was all ready for me to leave. Gave me my pain killers if I feel any pain later on.

“If you feel any pain take these with some sleep, it should swell down the pain. If it doesn’t go away in at least five hours, give me a call, and get some rest.” he said giving Logan the pills.

“Yes doctor.” I said trying to get up very slowly.

“Here’s a wheelchair, to wheel you to the car.” he said handing me it so I could sit down.

“Getting up after being in a coma is a lot of work.” I said as Alexia started pushing me. “Bye doctor.” I said finally leaving the hospital I guess I could call home.

Getting to the car was the easy part, but getting into it was hard. We used Logan’s mom’s van.

“Let me help you.” Logan said picking me up and held me. “Alexia, could you take the wheelchair back inside?”

“Yeah sure.”

“Taryn get in the car.” he said still looking at me.

“You know you can put me in the car also.” I smiled.

“I know, I just want to hold you in my arms.” he smiled and wouldn’t take his eyes off me, well until Taryn knocked on the window.

He put me in so careful, he didn’t want to hurt me more than I already was.

“I love you beautiful.” he whispered before he left to go in the drivers seat.

He was smiling and wouldn’t keep his eyes off me. He would look at me every ten seconds from the rear view mirror. It was as if he stopped looking at me, something bad would happen.

Alexia hopped in the car and we were off to the apartment. I was happy I was going to stay at Logan’s house. Just means me being with him more, resting a lot more, and not dealing with the brats.

“Just get a bag and stuff clothes in it, I don’t care what clothes. Oh, don’t forget Logan’s jacket, I want that with me. My camera, and bring shampoo, and conditioner too.” I said as Alexia ran up the stairs to go inside the apartment.

“You glad to be out of the hospital?” Logan asked turning around.

“You have no idea. I didn’t like being there at all.”

“I didn’t like you being there at all. You don’t know how scared I was when Alexia called me telling me you were in a bad accident. I rushed to the hospital, running through red lights, but I didn’t care, I wanted to be there with you, making sure you were alright.” he said as his eyes were wet. I could tell it was painful for him to hear I was really hurt.

“I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have pressed on the gas so hard I was going almost 80 mph, turning around to look at Taryn. It just happened so fast, and then I couldn’t let Taryn go, I had to save her, so I risked hurting myself even more to get to her, which I did, leading me into that coma.”

“Its not your fault Kacey, it just happened, not your fault.” he said again as Taryn hobbled down the stairs with her things. Logan got out of the car and helped her out.
