• <<•>> •"Come back here Kensi Summerskill!"
Damn, am I in deep trouble. I ran for the hills, literally. If you're confused which I'm assuming you are, I am being chased by my wacko brother.
"I swear Kensi if you don't give it back I will kill you!"
That did not stop me from running, he should know that better than anyone. I continued to sprint into the forest with him hot on my trail.
"Is that a threat brother dear?" I shouted while continuing to run.
He shouted back, "No! It's a promise!"
I ended up at a dead end, a beautiful waterfall. My brother is the quarterback of Worthington High's football team, so obviously he's a swift runner. However, no matter how hard he trains I always win in our 'mini' races. This is how it's always been, I've just been the swifter runner between the two of us. Probably because running is one of my hobbies, other than literature and music.
He grinned when he finally reached me, hah, I mentally laugh because he actually thinks he's won. I smirk and dangled his phone over the edge. He glanced down and saw a pool of light blue water, probably contemplating if he should jump incase I drop his phone. Yeah, all of you are probably thinking, he's acting so crazy over a phone. Well, to be fair I would, it's just that he takes crazy to a whole new level.
I dangle his phone over the waterfall, and drop it. He actually dove into the water to retrieve his phone. I snicker, c'mon you guys don't think I'm that cruel. While I was ahead of him I took out his phone cover and placed his phone in my pocket. So the only thing that landed in the water was his cover and well of course, my stupid brother.
I watched from the top as he examined his 'phone', after realizing my trick he growled and shouted, "KENSI! You tricked me!"
"Not my problem if you fell for it...
literally!" I shouted back while erupting in laughter."But... but... uh... I..." Ladies and gentlemen, I present my gullible brother, Ethan Summerskill.
I ran to the bottom to help him, it's the least I could do. Before I held my hand out to help him, I warned, "Just to inform you, if you decide to pull me in your phone will literally be damaged because it is in my pocket." He nodded and accepted my kind gesture.
I pulled him out the aqua water and handed him his phone. Knowing my brother he's probably going to push me in now so I did what any smart person would have done, I sprinted like my life depended on it. Which it does! The chase was back on. We were still twenty minutes away from our house. Both of us were panting and out of breath, sure we're fit but doesn't mean it's not tiring when you do it almost everyday.
"Baby bro, can we just continue this tomorrow. It is our last day of the holiday," I suggested while panting. He nodded his head in agreement.
"And don't call me baby bro," he said while rolling his eyes.
"But I'm older baby bro!" I exclaimed as we walked out of the forest. He ran his hand through his straight, chocolate brown hair and sighed, obviously knowing I'm definitely going to win.
