"Calm the farm. Just for a visit, not for treatment," I assured my parents.

"Oh, well, um..." my mother looked lost for words.

"Sure Kensi, if you want to go you can. Things have been tough for you for the last few years and I see the pressure and struggles you go through even when you think I don't notice. I'll call Gregory to tell him to tutor you so you don't miss out on anything. I'll book you a flight in a few minutes. When do you want to leave?" My father asked me. I was surprised by his words. He noticed?

"I'd like to leave as soon as possible," I quietly told him.

He nodded and went to his office to book the ticket.

My mother then spoke, "What's wrong Kensi?"

"When I'm ready, you'll be the first to know," I told her, sincerity laced my voice. She merely nodded and I walked upstairs and started to pack my bags.

Packing was never a problem for me. For some odd reason I enjoyed packing my bags whenever we went on vacation. The problem for me was the unpacking, one of the downfalls of returning from a fun trip.

After about an hour and a half, I had everything in order. I checked my phone and saw I had no messages... no surprise there. When I saw the time my pupils dilated, it was 23:38! Damn, time flies.

I walked downstairs even though I was drowning in fatigue. My mother was on her laptop and my father was watching tv. He then informed me, "Your flight is booked for five o'clock in the afternoon tomorrow. Gregory will be picking you up and you will be staying with Dr Reynolds, now before you disapprove of her-" I cut him off because they didn't know I mended my relationship with her.

"Dad, I spoke to Melissa a few hours ago and we sorted out our differences. She's actually great at her job," I told my father.

"Oh, well that makes things a lot easier. Anyway, I booked a one way ticket because I didn't know when you wanted to come back. So when you're there and have decided on your return date just give your mother or me a ring," he told me. I nodded my head in acknowledgment.

"Thank you guys for doing this on such short notice. You have no idea how much I appreciate this," I thanked them. I truly was grateful for this. Hopefully they can sense my gratitude since it's something you really don't see often.

"You're welcome dear," my mother smiled at me.

"No problem darling," my father replied.

I'm leaving. I'm actually leaving. My parents took the day off work to drop me off at the airport. That actually surprised me considering they're workaholics. I know to people that don't really know me, it seems like I'm a drama queen - but matter of factly, I need to get some things in order. If Parker is going to be making a constant appearance in my life then I urgently need to see Dr Reynolds.

A thought popped into my mind as we were packing the car. "Mom, dad, can we please stop at the school. I need to tell Coach I'm leaving."

My parents waited in the car when I went to speak to Coach. It was twelve so I had plenty of time before needing to be at the airport.

Coach is always here on a Saturday going over new strategies. Personally, I think he likes the silence of the school. Which is very rare - but a great opportunity to seize. Silence must be gold for Coach since I heard his wife just gave birth so there must be cries keeping him up at night.

I knocked on his door and he signaled for me to enter. "Ah, Kensi. What can I do for you?"

"Um, hello Coach. I need to tell you something."

"Sure, what d'ya need. Hope the team's treating you well," he chuckled.

"Yeah, that's actually what I need to speak to you about. I heard Jace was kicked off and Parker took his spot? Why not Mason?" I asked, honestly if anyone deserved the spot it was Mason.

"Ah yes. I would've loved to have Mason but he got family issues kid. Not always reliable. But Parker's a good player, the kid got skill," Coach praised.

"Oh, anyway I came to-"

"Hey kid, wanna tell me why my team is here. Now that I think about it, why are you here? Thought you had a bonding session this weekend?" Coach asked me, I turned around and noticed the team standing there. The office was glass and in the boy's locker room. I only entered because it wasn't a school day, therefore no boys.

"Coach, can I speak please."

"Sure kid." I swear if he calls me kid one more time I'm going to snap.

I decided not to beat about the bush, "I'm going to Australia for a while and won't be able to coach the team." I hope he doesn't kill me.

He wasn't mad and he didn't look like he was going to explode on the inside, "Oh, if I may ask, why are you going? Is it because of the thing?" Coach knew about my medical condition, not the PTSD, he knew about that but I have another one. The only reason he knows is because he needed my medical history if I was coaching the team or if I was participating in any sports.

"I got triggered again for my PTSD," it may sound harmless but it could get worse. I took a deep breath before continuing, "Parker Lynch was my trigger. He caused me to have a panic attack and I could have died due to stress of the brain because of that thing. I don't want to put you in a rough spot so I'm leaving for a while. I need to get away from everything - there's nothing good for me at this school."

"What about Ethan? Paris?" Coach asked.

"They know what happened, everyone does. No one reported it, no one did anything. No one's gonna believe me anyway, popularity over truth, betrayal over loyalty. Truth, honesty, loyalty, rare these days."

"Well Kensi, you're a great person. I'm sorry this is happening to you," he told me. Sorry, sorry, sorry - sorry can't take away the scars.

"No 'who's going to coach my team?' or 'how can you just leave me like that?'"

"Nope. You do what you gotta do. I understand. If you ever consider coaching the team again, your spot is always available," Coach informed me.

"You aren't replacing me?" I asked.

"Why try replacing something that is irreplaceable?" He replied, I smiled at his rhetorical question.

"Thank you Coach. I have to go now, see you when I see you!"

"Bye Kensi, don't worry, good prevails evil in the end."

I walked right past them, past the scrutinizing gaze of my former teammates, and the smug look of Parker.

"Parker Lynch!" Coach boomed.

And as I left the place called hell, a ghost of a smile reached my lips.
