Alina and Felix crashed onto the floor of the attic. The watch on Felix's watch beeped.
'No time passed while we were gone...' said Felix. Alina and Felix ran down stairs and was greeted by
Torch, who jumped on Felix.
'Oh, good you two are down here,' said Alina's mother. 'Can you two help me unpack the study some
more?'
Alina and Felix agreed. Alina's phone rang in her pocket. It was Sam. 'Hey Sam'
Hey baby, I called you to ask you something'
'Sure what is it?'
'Do you want to spend the day with me tomorrow?'
'Sure, I'd love to'
'Great, ill see you then'
Sam hangs up. Alina walked into the study with a smile on her face.
'What are you so happy about?' asked her mom.
Alina just smiled brighter and started pulling out books from a box labeled "study".
Back at the castle, Zachary paced back and forth in front of the thrones. A man in a hooded cloak with a bow across his shoulder stood in silence. Two guards were holding a shaking girl, Melody. Zachary walked up to Melody tilting her head up to look up at him. Melody kept her eyes down.
'Look at me,' he said. Melody glanced up at him. 'Why did you let them go?' Melody jerked away from him.
'Tell me!' Zachary yelled. His voice echoed throughout the hall.
'You aren't right to rule me or this kingdom,' said Melody.
Zachary scoffed. He took his clawed fingers and pressed them against Melody. She wincced. Melody started to glow. In a flash she turned into a raven. She started to caw.
'Sorry my dear, that is what you get,' said Zachary as he turned away and walked to a door behind the thrones. Before he reached the door he stopped and turned to the man.
'When convenient, Wolf, I'd like you to track the Winterfells. And bring them back said Zachary with his eyes glowing. The man bowed and turned to leave out the doors to the throne room. Melody looked at Zachary and then back at the man leaving. She took off to the man just as he closed the door and flew at full speed to the door that Alina and Felix went through.
The door was glowing a dim blue. Melody stopped in front of the door. She looked around to see if anyone was following her. She then flew through the door into Alina and Felix's world.
Little did she know that Wolf was hiding behind the trees. He then waited a few minutes and went through the door as well. Alina was tired from all the unpacking in the study. She and Felix then went to bed. Alina checked her phone to see a text from Sam. It said "can't wait to see you tomorrow".
Alina then fell in a sleepless nightmare. She was sitting on the throne of the castle. Alina tried to move but she was chained down. Felix was on her left side, also chained up. Alina jerked around to loosen the chains, but nothing worked.
'The Prince and Princess Winterfell,' boomed a voice. Alina looked around and saw no one but a raven sitting in front of them. The raven then shifted into Zachary. He was more dark looking. His face was covered by a beaked mask. He pulled the mask off to revel ice blue eyes.
'The Royals have returned,' he said.
Felix broke free from his chains, 'Alina wake up!!,' he yelled.
Alina woke up with a start and saw that Felix was standing by her bed.
'What time is it?' she asked. Felix stepped aside and Sam was standing in the doorway. Alina jumped half fell out of bed and ran to Sam.
'Well this is one good wake up call,' said Alina. 'What time is it?'
'12pm', said Felix looking at his watch.
'I slept throughout the morning?!' she exclaimed. Alina ran to her closet and pulled out some clothes.
She paused, 'uh give me a few minuets guys.' Sam and Felix stepped outside while Alina got dressed.
Alina walked out her room and shut the door. She jumped when she heard a caw. A raven was sitting on the window. Alina thought nothing of it and walked down and out to where Sam was waiting. The two got in his car and drove off.
Little did Alina know that a pair of watchful eyes were watching from the tree next to her bedroom.
Felix was sitting in his room reading. He heard a thump outside his door. Felix got up and opened the door to look out to see what had made the noise. When he saw nothing had made the sound. He closed the door. Suddenly a hand was placed over his mouth, covering his yell for help. Felix thrashed around but only felt something heavy hit his head and he blacked out.
Alina was home around 8pm. She called around for Felix, he did not answer. Alina called and called but to no avail. She checked his room and found nothing. Torch started barking. Alina followed to where Torch was barking. He was sitting in front of the attic door. A raven called, Alina looked around and saw the same raven from before sitting on the ground behind her.The raven then spoke, 'your brother has been captured.' Alina was taken aback.
'Y-you spoke... How...?' said Alina approaching the raven. 'It's a long story,' said the Raven, 'but we have met before.'
Alina knelt down to the raven, 'Melody?...' she asked questionably. The raven nodded. 'Where is my brother? Who took him?' asked Alina.
'Your brother was taken by an assassin named The agial wolf. We don't have much time, who knows what will happen to him before long,' said Melody. She started to fly to the attic followed by Torch. Alina followed them. Melody and Torch ran through the door, Alina stopped short and looked at her hand. The lightning scars on her hand were almost glowing as she walked closer to the door. She pushed through the door into the realm where her brother laid captive.I am currently working on chapter 7 and it will be out soon.
