Alina fell asleep into a nightmare.
Alina was trapped behind an ice wall, her brother was next to her.
'H-help m-me', said Felix shivering. Ice slowly crawled up his legs, trapping him where he stood. Alina stood there shivering violently, her breath swirled in clouds. She tried to take a step towards her brother, but felled after one step. Suddenly the wall of ice in front of Alina started to crack. A body was thrown into the wall. Fragments of ice fell all around Alina. A book fell next to her. Alina grabbed the book, not knowing why, but she held it close to her chest. The body that landed behind Alina stood up and jumped over her. Alina recognized it as Dimitri. He was holding an icicle in his hand and then threw it and something or someone. Dimitri froze, as if something was holding his still. Another figure came up to Dimitri holding the icicle that he had originally.
Zachary! His clawed hand held the icicle and stabbed it into Dimitri's shoulder, causing him to buckle. Blood oozed around the wound and Dimitri fell. Alina tried to stand up shaking. She felt herself go rigid from some unknown force. Still clutching the book to her, Alina tried to move, but couldnt. Zachary came up to her and smiled. 'You have lost, outsider...'
Alina woke up to someone shaking her. Dimitri was shaking her. Alina grabbed his hand, 'you're ok!'
Dimitri raised an eyebrow, 'yes, yes i am fine.' Alina let go of his hand and looked down, a bit embarrassed. 'Let's go, we have a long way to go,' said Dimitri.
And so they went off towards the North mountains.

Zachary stood by a large crystal ball in his study. He traced his fingers around the artifact.
"How cute, an outsider, a bird and a prince with no kingdom, on their way to try and defeat me with a sword that simply does not exist." He whispered to himself.
Chains rattled behind him. Felix and a guard stood behind him. Zachary turned around to sit in his chair at his desk that faced them. Felix looked terrible, his left eye was purple and a long gash along the bridge of his nose.
"My sister will come for me, I know it," said Felix. Zachary laughed, "oh my dear boy, I highly doubt that."
"Even though she and I are not blood related, she will save me... I hope," said Felix looking down at his feet.
Zachary looked at astonished but said nothing. He walked over to Felix and plucked a few strands of his auburn hair, he flinched. Zachary took the hairs and put them in a glass jar under his coat. "Take him back to training, I want him to train twice as hard." The guard nodded and took Felix away.
' Not blood related... ' Zachary thought to himself. He turned himself into a large raven and took off towards the woods.
