        Pain.

        Regret.

        Remorse.

You felt a sudden chill run up your spine as you walked alongside your younger sister, Enjel.

Although you were here, walking through the old library, it seemed different from the life you remembered living with your mother. It was funny you even recalled that life, staying with your mother, Elise, though she never was much of a motherly figure. You stayed with her, and your younger brother, Henri. Not to mention your cheating father. You didn't even know his name. Nor could you ask your little sister for it. In fact, what even was her name?

Enjel. That was her name, correct? That's what she'd always told you, but for one, you never believed her. Her name was like a puzzle piece that just didn't quite fit into the big picture. As you thought over everything, your feet drifted to a stop and you sister took a few steps more before stopping and turning to face you.

She giggled a litte, a light chirp that echoed the library, "Hey! (Y/n)! Why'd you stop? We have to find Harpae, remember?" she chimed, giving a small smile.

        Harpae...

        Harpae....?

Ah! Yes. The memory clicked in your head as you pushed the thoughts of your sister and other relatives away, coming back to reality. Harpae. She was another woman, a suspicious one at that. She seemed very over-protective, attempting to be the motherly figure Elise could never provide you with. In fact, it just so happened that it was Elise's fault this family fell to pieces. She was the one who'd made a deal with a demon. What an awful decision to make-

But, after having met Harpae, and not long after- Fleta's ultimate demise....Fleta's peacefully sleeping doll, Egliette.....Lisette...

Your (e/c) orbs lit up a little, your eyes widening as you remembered your sister's name.

        Your sisters name-

"(Y/n), please!" the little burnette girl tried helpelessly to pull you along with her, her voice killing the thought you were carrying out. The important information that resonated within your mind. You were losing it. You had to think. Think....You looked down at the girl, scanning her expressions carefully, shrugging.

"Sorry, my mind was wondering a little....pondering..." you murmered, drifting back to your thoughts as you resumed your journey through the library alongside.....?

You glanced at the little girl as you paced yourself next to her. She seemed to clutch her golden pocket mirror tighter in her hands, her head tilted down just a little to look at it, the bows in her hair shifting as she did. Her golden pocket mirror. The one with the G etched into the back. Wait a minute....G...

        That's it! Her name..! It's-

"Alright, (Y/n)!" she looked up, her eyes looking through the room, "we've got to think of a way to find Harpae!" she chirped into the empty room, her red shoes causing the musty, wooden floorboards beneath to give an eerie creak. Most of the library was filled with brail writing, which led you to assume that Harpae may have actually been blind.

You nodded, following the girl, 'Enjel', as you searched for Harpae, each step you took a dreadful creak on the floor. You began to remember the time you and your sister discovered the secret room- where you'd found the note Elise, your mother, had left upon her death. Bratty little 'princess' Fleta had denied it, said it to be nothing but lies, that it was all 'the girl with the scissors' fault. Thats when Fleta's doll, Egliette, stood up and said that it was enough. Afterwards, Fleta let us go from her little web of lies and allowed herself to shatter into a million little shards of glass. After all, she was only a mirror to Goldia.
