part five

*****Elara pov*****
"Gerard Dear, can you help Elara with the shop while i go out and buy some more things" she asked  him. "Sure" he smiled.
"Okay ill be back" she said putting her scarf on. She walked out.
"Thank you " i said after putting some books away.
"For what?" he asked.
" i remember you.  Well a little. Your the guy that saved me that night " i said. A smile creeped up on his face. " you remember me" he said. "Why of course" i said.
"Well your welcome. " he said.
"Elara. Whats your last name" he asked. Wiping the table.
"Knight" i said. "Knight? Thats pretty rad" he sniled. "Yep. How about you sir" i laughed. He chuckled. "Way. Gerard Way" he smiled.  "Pretty cool. Im guessing mikey is your brother yes?" "yes your correct. " he said.
We cleaned up the place. It was a friday and the place closes one hour early. It was 9. I put the sign to closed.  We cleabed up some more. "How did you meet grams?" he asked. "Oh ummm after i left the hospital, I took a bus here and i was looking for a plAce to stay. I was tired and i came here to rest. She came up and i told her what happened and she offered me to live here and work with her" i said.

" thats very nice of her" he said.
"Yeah i know. " i smiled.
I heard the door open and Elena came back. "Hey you two" she smiled.  "Sup grams" Gerard laughed. "You ahould get going dear its pretty late." she said to Gerard.  "Yeah" he replied. 

"See you grams" he said and gave her a hug when she walked upstairs.  "Well i guess.  I will see you some time again " i said. Hoping he would come back to visit.  "About that" he chuckled " i was wondering if you would like to come with me to this Art show" he smiled shyly.  "Are you asking me out'' i teased. He blushed. "Maybe" he said "haha alright. I would love to go with you" i smiled.happy.  "Okay i will pick you up at 1 tomorrow.  " he smiled bright. "Alright. " i said. He gave me a hug and i hugged back. He smelt like coffee and cigarettes.  He smelt good. "Well goodnight Elara. I will see you tomorrow" he waved.
"goodnight gerard" i smiled.
He walked out and i locked the door. I saw him enter a black car and i realized that was the car that was at the hospital.  He was the guy that ran inside. I smiled at the thought of him running i side just to see some stranger he saved. I webt upstairs smiling.
"You have a date with my grandson" helena popped out.
"How-howd you know?!" i said.
"I know you like him" she smiled big. " I know he likes you to" she smiled. I blushed. " i-i we barely met" i said trying to keep my cool. 
"Mmkay whatever you say sweetheart" she laughed walking to her room. I walked to my room and changed heading to bed. "Night elena" i yelled.
"Goodnight" she shouted.
I went to sleep thinking of whats going to heppen tomorrow with Gerard.  I smiled. Maybe Elena was right.  I do like Gerard.

**elena pov****
"You ahould get going dear its pretty late." i said to my grandson.  "Yeah" he replied. 

"See you grams" he said and gave me a hug. I walked halfway upstairs and watched them.   "Well i guess.  I will see you some time again " she said to him "About that" he chuckled " i was wondering if you would like to come with me to this Art show" he smiled at her. I saw a look in his eyes. I smiled at them. ''Are you asking me out " she asked. "Maybe" he replied. "Haha alright..i would love to'' Elara said happy. "Okay i will pick you up at 1 tomorrow.  " he smiled big.. "Alright. " she said. He gave her a hug and she hugged back. They stayed like that for about two minutes. "Well goodnight Elara. I will see you tomorrow" he waved.
"goodnight gerard" she smiled. She locked the door watching him leave. I quickly walked upstairs after eavesdropping. 
She walked upstairs smiling.
"I popped out scaring her a little. "You have a date with my grandson. " i smiled.
"How how did you know?!" she started turning red.
"I know you like him. " " i know he likes you" i smiled at her. She turned really red denying it.
I walked away and thought what a great couple they would be.
"Goodnight elena" she yelled. I yelled back and started planning ways to get them together. I know she likes him. I know he likes her. When i came downstairs i saw the way they looked at each other. They just dont realize it yet.
