Sharing Feelings

Nadia's POV

I walked back into the room a couple hours later hoping to hear the machine beeping. I know I told myself that I hated the sound of the beeping but I'd rather hear it beeping than flatlining.

I walked in to hear the machine beeping again and to see his big brown sparkling eyes looking at me.

I smiled. His eyes also kill me.

"Hey" I said almost in tears.

"Hey" he said weakly.

"How you feeling?" I asked.

"Not good" he said.

"Oh... do you need anything?" I asked.

"You..." he said.

I smiled. "You have me already"

He tried to smile but it didn't last long.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"I'm really sleepy" he said.

"Go to sleep then, I'll be here when you wake up"

"You promise?" He asked.

"Yeah... but first I want a kiss"

I leaned in for a kiss and I don't know how but we ended up making out.

Since he's in the hospital, I didn't want him getting too happy so I pulled away and he soon fell asleep.

3 hours later...

My best friend, Evelyn, came to the hospital to spend some time with me. She knows I'm not leaving my other best friend's side at all.

Derrick was still sleeping so we had to keep it down.

"Hey" she said.

"Hey" I replied.

"How's he doing?"

"Good... he had actually woken up for his coma 3 hours ago. He was just sleepy so he went back to sleep"

"Oh... must've been a bad crash for him to be wrapped up like that" she said.

"It was, his car was totaled and I was scared cause with him going from best friend to boyfriend I didn't want that to happen to him."

"Wait, wait... boyfriend?" She said.

"Yeah he asked me so I was like yeah, I mean it's not like I'm gonna say no cause of his disability I'm not like other girls."

"No, no I wasn't saying that. It was just unexpected. Cause yall acted like yall didn't want to be more than best friends" she said.

"Oh... yeah but we got a lot of people saying we were a cute couple"

"Hell yeah, yall are cute" she smiled.

Her saying that made me start smiling as well.

"You want him to marry you?" She asked.

I nodded.

"Awww, you want him to be your soul mate"

"Shut up" I said playfully pushing her.

"What about kids?" She asked.

"Probably not" I said.

It upset me cause with his metal disability he probably wouldn't understand how it works with having kids and stuff like that.

"Why not?" She asked.

"He wouldn't get how it works..." I said looking away.

"Nadia... look at him" she said pointing at him.

I looked at Derrick who was sleeping.

"He's a man. Right? He's human? You can't tell me he doesn't feel horny sometimes. Just because he's a little challenged doesn't mean it's gonna affect his sex game. He needs love too... and if you want to marry him and have his kids then you gotta show him how love works, you have to show him how it feels... he's never going to know unless you show him how it's done"

"You're so right... plus I had a dream about me and him last night..." I said.

"Tell me about it" she said.

"Remember that time I told you he walked to my house in the rain?"

"Yeah"

"Well that's what happened in my dream and I took him up to my room so he could take a shower and I was getting some clothes out for him. Then he came out and was like do you have some clothes for me. I gave him the clothes and then we chilled, he fell asleep in my bed and I was starting to too. All of a sudden, he rolls on top of me and starts kissing me and I slowly start waking back up. Next thing I know, he was in my fucking stomach and was pleasuring me like a pro.... after that I woke up. I sat up smiling and then I stared at him while he was sleeping for the longest time"

"Damn, you been horny lately huh?" She said smiling.

"Like a bitch" I laughed.

"You better tell him what you want, he might give it to you. Just cause you think he doesn't know how it works doesn't mean he don't know..." she said.

She soon left the hospital and left me alone to think about the dream, her words and what Derrick could be capable of...
