Chapter 9: Kyeop ta

Baekhyun's POV
It's past 6am, and I am now ready to go to the set, just gonna eat breakfast and I'll go.

At the dining area, there is Suho-hyung, Xiumin-hyung, and Chanyeol. I furrowed my brows at their gazes and evil smirks. "What?" I asked them, and their laughs roamed around the room. Then Myeon-hyung lay his elbow on my shoulder. "Wah... How pretty is Hera-ssi?" He asked, a smirk on his lips. I look at him with wide eyes. I scoffed and pass my gaze to their source... Park Chanyeol.

"What?" He asked my gaze, grinning. I heard Xiumin-hyung's girl voice. "Prince, you cannot get lost on your way to the future... and blah blah." He said, all girly, her eyes almost sparkling. Then he made his voice manlier. "Soondeok-ah." He said and then the three of them laughed. I sighed. "Aish..." I muttered under my breath. The room was filled with the three's laughter. "What's your problem?? Stop this!" I told them, glaring.

I ate breakfast with these annoying guys. Such an annoying family I have. Aigoo..

After eating and brushing my teeth, I checked the time with my phone. An hour before 8. I smiled, I'm going to be late... but that is when I'm not gonna use my car. "Better go." I said and left my room. When I was walking to the door to leave the dorm, Minseok-hyung says "Good luck on your date!" He shouted and chuckled. I just give him a glare before turning to leave.

I smiled seeing my black foreign car. "Morning darling." I grinned. BMW Z4... That's my baby.

Z.Hera's POV
All ready to go to work, I answered Jang Hal's call. "Ne?~" I happily greeted. Why does today feels great? "Are you still on your bed or ready?" She asked, chuckling on the other line. I grinned. "I'm already leaving the condo. Wae?" I answered and asked. "Anida. It's just that... I don't want you to be late like yesterday." She answered. I nodded. "Ah, Don't worry." I told her, and clicked the open-the-doors button of the lift. "Good. I thought you're coming late with Baekhyun-oppa again." She said in a whisper, and laughed after.

My bright day lost its brightness. "Stop with this thing." I told her, frowning and entered the lift. I heard her chuckle from the other line. "Alright, alright. Don't be late slowpoke."  She then end the call. I shook my head at our way to greet 'good morning'.

I just finished acting with Jisoo-oppa and IU-unnie, and now the director is telling them what to do in the next scene. The scene they're about to film has nothing to do with me, so I put my gaze around the set... I was wide eyed w-when I saw Baekhyun looking at me, it was like he's looking at me for minutes.

B-But no. Why would he look at me?... Why is he looking at m-me? I just put my gaze on the floor, biting my lips out of habit.

But why am I looking down? There's no need to look down... but it is uncomfortable.  I can't meet his eyes and I don't know why. I'm not like this before. We're not like this before... This is frustrating.

I look at him. He's smiling, still staring at me... but then his eyes turned wide. I grinned when he looks at the side, obviously avoiding my eyes. A visible blush is on his cheeks... Kyeop ta.

My eyes went wide... Did I just say he's cute? Oh god, what's happening to me? I look down. I'm not blushing, am I? Oh my god. I walk to my dressing room. I won't let anyone see me blush. Why am I even blushing??

Baekhyun's POV
Yes, I am avoiding Hera's eyes. She just caught me staring, how can I look at her? Then I saw her walk to her dressing room. Did I make her walk away? Is she mad at me?.. Wait, am I worrying about her?

Me? Worrying? Nah, who's worrying?

But why does she looks upset?.. Is she okay?

I look at her as she closed her dressing room's door. Is it my fault? I walk to her door... I'm not worried, but... I don't know.

I knock at her door. "Gwaenchan-ah?" I ask her through the door. I was about to knock again as she isn't answering, but the door opened. She looks at me, I can't read her gaze. Then she looks at the side, before looking at me again, now with a small smile. "Why would I be not okay?" She told me. 

I just nodded, dumbfounded. I look at her as she ask "What was the knock for? D-Do you need something?" She asked. I look at nothing but space. The knock? Why did I knock? I gulped. Think Byun Baekhyun, think. Oh my, why did I knock? "Uhmm, B-Because... because.." Because I was worried... if it was my fault. I look at her. "Because..." How can I say why?

A voice behind me said "Because it's you two's scene." I heard the director from my back. Thank goodness he did that. He walk to my side and told me "Don't worry Baekhyun-ah. I'll help you." He pats my shoulder and walk back to his business. What? He said he'll help me, but he just helped me. Shouldn't he be using past tense... Or what should he help me with?

Then Hera, "Our scene?" She asked me, her brows furrowed. I look at her. "Do we have another scene?" I asked her back. (She gulps) What scene? I look at director-nim. "Kaja." I told her and cock my head to director-nim's direction. I furrowed my brows at her when she's just looking at me with wide eyes. Seeing my gaze, she nodded.

We then walk to the director. "Director-nim, what scene are we having?" I asked, confusion in my voice. He looks at me. "You don't know?" He asked, I nodded. I heard him chuckle. "It's your kiss scene."
