Chapter 59: '92 or '99

3rd Person's POV
*Ding dong* The doorbell of Hera's apartment rang. Jang Hal who is resting the Sunday in her cousin's apartment, looked at Hera, in a bored look. "Jang Hal-ah open the door." Hera said, as she put her hand on the bowl full of popcorn. Jang Hal pursed her lips and put her feet on the coffee table. "Anyo. I'm the one who cooked the popcorn... It's Sunday. I'm Jang Hal not Manager Ji. Go, go." She declared.

Hera looked at her in disbelief, and rolled her eyes before standing up and go to the door. She looked at the screen to see who's outside. Her eyebrows met, as she scoffed. There is no-one, and she knew it. Those guys are probably playing with her.

She opened the door. "You guys are so child-(ish)" She stopped when she saw who it is. A guy on a hoodie and a facemask on, is leaning on a side, where the camera of Hera's apartment wont saw him. His eyes forming crescents, as he smiled behind his facemask. 'Tug tug tug' The only guy that can make her heart pound and create that sound.

"Soondeok-ah." He said and his eyes create crescents again. "B- Baekhyun *whisper* oppa" She muttured. (Ehmeged) He smiled again. "W- what are y- you doing here?" Hera asked. Baekhyun removed his face mask and his smile can now be seen by the girl infront of him. "I'm.. I was just... uhm... I'm just wondering if you're... uhmm.. you're free today? Uhm..?" Baek invites. Hera looked at him.

She's not free. Jang Hal and her have agreed that they will have a movie marathon today. It woul be okay, if it's only Jang Hal, but the idea was from the b- "Noona, are they here?" A voice asked from the inside of Hera's condo. Baekhyun looked at the inside. A running figure came. "Where are they?" He asked and hold Hera's shoulder, and looked at the guy infront of him.

The two boys both have the same gaze. Confusion and anger. Hera looked at him, Hyeong Seop. Hera looked down and to Hyeong Seop again. She smiled. "They're not here yet." She answered, and the two boys looked at her. Hera looked at Baekhyun, who is looking at her. She smiled at him. Hyeong Seop looked at Baek. He bowed. Baekhyun looked at him.

"What is an Exo member doing here?" Hyeong Seop asked, as he raise his head and look at him. Hera looked at Hyeong Seop. Baekhyun smirked and said "And you are?" He asked. Hyeong Seop smiled. "Ahn Hyeong Seop-imnida... Baekhyun-ssi." Hyeong Seop introduced and he intended calling him with ssi.

Hera's eyes widen. 'What's happening to Hyeong Seop-ah?' She asked in mind. Baekhyun's fist clenched. 'Is he saying that I'm old?... Is he saying that for Deok-ah.' Baekhyun thought. "Hyeong Seop-ah" Hera called him. Baekhyun looked down, his fist still clenched. Hyeong Seop looked at Hera and smiled, before looking back at Baek, who is now looking at the side.

"Baekhyun-ssi... Isn't it dangerous for you to be here? Wouldn't noona be in risk?" Hyeong Seop asked. "Hyeong Seop-ah" Hera called him again. Baekhyun smirked. "Noona" He repeated Hyeong Seop's words, before looking at Hera. "Soondeok-ah... c- can we talk?" Baek asked. Hera nodded. She looked at Hyeong Seop. "Hyeong Seop-ah" Hera said, saying for him to go inside.

Hyeong Seop sighed and enter inside. "Are they already here?" Jang Hal asked Hyeong Seop, and Hera and Baek clearly heard that. Hyeong Seop didn't answered and just sit on the couch.

The door shut. Hera looked at Baekhyun. "I'm sorry about that... I'll talk to him." Hera apologized. Baekhyun sighed and smiled. "Gwenchan-ah... (It's alright...) Are you busy... today?" Baekhyun asked. Hera looked at him and to the floor. "Unfortunately... yes." Hera answered.

Baekhyun's lips pouted. "C- can you... make time... Please?" Baekhyun asked. Hera raised her head and looked at him with confusion. Baekhyun looked at her, in a hopeful expression that she'll go. Hera looked down. "I think so." She answered and Baek's face immediately lighten up.

"I- I'll just change." Hera said and turned to her door. She opens the door, and turn around. Baekhyun smiled at her. "Uhmm... Wait inside." She said and Baekhyun nodded.

Jang Hal is sitting beside Hyeong Seop, while Baekhyun is sitting on the other couch. The two boys are just silent... and Jang Hal is finding it awkward... Well, Baekhyun's presence is also weird... so "Uhmm... Baek-oppa" Jang Hal called and Baekhyun looked at her.

"Why are you here anyway?" She asked and Hyeong Seop slowly diverted his gaze to him, as he also wants to hear his answer. "Uhmm... I- I uhmm.." Baekhyun stutters, and Hera's door opened. The three of them looked at her. Baekhyun smiled seeing Hera in a bun and is not wearing traditional clothes. Her hoodie is also too big for her, which Baek finds cute. Hyeong Seop sighed, because Hera is not joining their scheduled movie marathon. (But is it just that?) Jang Hal stood up an go to her cousin. She got some questioning to do.

"Yah Hera-yah." Jang Hal said that only she and Hera would hear. Her eyes furious. Hera raised an eyebrow at her. The two boys looking at them, wanna hear their conversation. Jang Hal raised her pointing finger at Hera. "You gotta tell me what's happenin between you two." Jang Hal said. "Nothing really." Hera answered. "Yeah whatever." Jang Hal crossed her arms, as she said that. Hera rolled her eyes.

Hera passed Jang Hal. She looked at Baekhyun and to Hyeong Seop, who both are looking at her. She smiled at Hyeong Seop and tousled his hair. Hyeong Seop pouted, still feeling unhappy. Hera chuckled. "Let's go shopping to that market you guys said tomorrow. Arasso?" Hera invited, trying to light up Hyeong Seop's mood. Hyeong Seop nodded but not happy. Hera chuckled and ruffled his hair one more time.

And Baekhyun is looking at the two. Rolling his eyes and watching them... He felt someone's eyes on him. He looke at his side and a shrieking Jang Hal watching him... being jealous, is there. He quickly looked at his side to hide his blush. (C.A.U.G.H.T)

"Kaja?" Hera asked and he looked at her and nodded. Hera opened the door, and to her surprise the other four boys are there. "Oh... Jang Hal-ah they're here." Hera said. Eui Woong found Hera's attire weird. "Noona... what are you wearing? Are you going out?" He asked. Baekhyun stopped beside Hera. Since he's not wearing his facemask, the boys recognized him.

"Omo." The youngest, Justin said. The others' jaw dropped an some gasps were heard. Baekhyun now knew why Hyeong Seop looked familiar. They are the boys on that karaoke incident. Eui Woong, as the leader bowed his head, and the others bowed aswell. Baekhyun bowed back. "Jiejie (Noona in chinese) We'll go inside." Zheng Ting informed. They walked inside. "I'm expecting gifts noona. hehe" Justin said and pass Hera. Even though he's chinese, he's used to call Hera 'noona' than 'jiejie', because he's been in korea ever since he's in his elementary days. Hera chuckled and started walking with Baekhyun.

Hera and Baekhyun wore their facemasks. Hera looked at him. "Where are we going anyway?" Hera asked. Baekhyun looked at her and to his front. "I want to be normal today... but that's impossible... but let's try."

Sorry for the long update... but should I publish a baekhera vid? That's what I've been working on. It's nothing great really. So dont expect much haha. But I've tried my best... So should I?
