Chapter 50: 'Fight for the Chicken' Call

Baekhyun's POV
"Let's talk about Hera." Jisoo said, while his arm on my shoulder. "W- why would we?" I asked. He put his arm down from my shoulder, and chuckled. "Aish.." I said, kinda sound annoyed. I walked a little bit away from him, as I know that he'll just tease me, and I don't want to be called rude so I lift my phone, which is still ringing, to  tell him I'll answer the call first (before talk to him about Hera.) I saw him nodding, as he understands I'll pick the call.

I'm already steps away from Jisoo, so I can have a lil bit of privacy. I swiped the answer icon, and  put my phone near my ear. Just as I answer the call I heard Hyung's voice "Baekhyun-ah, have you eaten dinner already?" Suho-hyung asked on the other line, and I exactly know why he would ask a stupid question, they're battling to who'll eat my food. "Yeah, I ate already. You can tell them to eat it." I said, while massaging my nose's bridge. I heard Kai's voice on the background "Yeah! I'll have this."' Are they eating chicken?' I thought, as why Kai is the first to react. I heard Suho chuckle. "Is this the reason of this call?" I said, pissed, because I missed a selfie with Hera, because of their stupid battle. Well I'm also one of them. "Well... Uh.. Yeah." Suho-hyung answered.

"Aish.." I exclamed. "Wait, wait, wait!" Suho-hyung said, when I almost end the call. I put the phone back to my ear, and asked "Wae?!" I'm hoping for a better reason to be honored with this call. "Our manager told us what's our comeback. Where are you? I can't explain it clearly over the phone." Suho-hyung said. Okay, not a bad reason. "Ah.. I'm in a resto with my co-actors. We just had a little company dinner." I answered. "Isn't it over yet? We will be really busy, when Manager-hyung came back here at Korea. Atleast we have four more days to relax." Suho said, and as the typical me, I didn't understand a thing. My brows furrowed on it's own. "Uhmm.. Hyung, let's just talk about this later at the dorm." I said. "Ah.. Okay." He shortly said. "Bye." I said, before pressing the end button.

At what he said, I only understand that we will be busy. I put my phone back to my pocket, and rubbed my nape, as I'm already curious of what's our comeback. We'll see. I come back to our table. Almost all of us already go home. Some of the staff are the only one left, same with me, Joon Gi-hyung, Sun Woo-hyung, IU-sunbae, Ha Neul-hyung, and Jisoo. Ki Joo-noona, Sung Kyun-sunbae, and Hera left already.

I sat between Joon Gi-hyung and Sun Woo-hyung. Ha Neul-hyung was busy talking to IU-sunbae and Jisoo. But when Jisoo saw me sitting with them, he looked at me, and smirked. 'I've got a bad feeling about this.' I thought. "Oh... You, still not going home yet?" Joon Gi-hyung asked, as he saw my presence. "I'll call my driver later... I don't feel the erge to drive." I said. "Wow... You only drank one bottle, but youre going to follow No drinking while driving." Sun Woo-hyung teased. "I'm not that weak." I said... a lie. I heard Ha Neul-hyung's chuckle, after what I said. "Yah, Sun Woo-hyung you're teasing Baek. You already made Baek missed a chance earlier. You should apologize." Ha Neul-hyung said to Sun Woo-hyung. 'What is the chance that I missed, because of Sun Woo-hyung earlier?' I thought... No! Don't tell me...

"Oh Hera, me too." Sun Woo-hyung said.

"Han.. Dul.. Se.." I counted, and tap the capture button. A smile was on my lips, as I give Hera's phone back to her. She gets it and looked at our picture. She bows at Sun Woo-sunbae, and to the noona. Sun Woo-hyung was dragged by Ha Neul-hyung, and whisper something to him... and I guess that they are talking about me. (Chapter 49)

I blinked at realization.  My guess of them talking about me is right. "Ahh.. right. Mianhe Baekhyun-ah." Sun Woo-hyung, who is beside me looked at me, with a smile, that's obviously part of their teasing. "I- It's.. not a disadvantage... I- I even have the ch- chance to have a selfie with more actors... So how could it be a chance that I missed." I denied. I heard a laugh that was immediately stopped beside me, which is Joon Gi-hyung's.

"Oh.. I really think it's an disadvantage." Ha Neul-hyung said, in a disbelief tone. Jisoo finally burst out his laughter, he even pats the table. "Oh my god.." Jisoo said, while wiping a forming tear in his left eye. He faced Ha Neul-hyung "He's obvious... isn't he?" Jisoo asked Ha Neul-hyung. I was taken aback by his answer. "Yah! Why are we even talking about me?" I asked, annoyed.

"Don't worry. It's not just you we're talking about, Hera's in the subject aswell." IU-sunbae said, and my mouth fall ajar. "Sunbae, instead of stopping them, you'll join their craziness!" I said, that made sunbae laugh. "Guilty..." Joon Gi-hyung said, while his eyes trailing up. "I'm not!" I quicly denied, that made all of them laugh. "Why did Hera left already?" Jisoo asked, changing the topic. Good. I thought he'll continue to tease me. Joon Gi-hyung shrugged his shoulders, answering an 'I don't know.'

"Aw.. Poor Hyung couldn't take a selfie with her." Jisoo said, talking about me again! They laughed. I pouted "Please stop teasing me." I said, crossing my arms. I saw Sun Woo-sunbae looking at me, and said "You like Hera? Don't you?" He asked. I felt heat rising up my cheeks. I blinked, and gulped. "I (To be continued. Haha lol sorry.)
