Chapter 15: Scenes Before that Scene

Baekhyun's POV
I'm late and it's not my fault... a little maybe, BUT it's really Minseok-hyung, Sehun, and Kyungsoo's fault... Well, I hope I'm not that late. I entered the set, almost all of the people look at me. I'm so late, omo. I saw director-nim looking at me with bored eyes, I walk to him and put my gaze on the ground. I then heard him sigh. "Baekhyun-ssi, you're late." He said, annoyance and disappointment in his voice. "Mianhe." I look up and apologized. He sighs, and then takes a sip from his cup of coffee, before saying. "Alright, now let's go to your scene." He said and pat my back, walking away.

My scene... Oh my god. I turned around, and asked "N-Now?" I asked, nervous, because; 1. I haven't read the script. If it weren't for Xiumin-hyung and Sehun, I wouldn't have any idea about the scene. 2. It's not just some ordinary scene. IT'S A KISS SCENE!

"Ne. That's why let's go." He answered as he look at me, chuckling, and then continue walking away. I'm just looking at director-nim as he manage things that he needs to manage. I sighed... I put my gaze around to find her. Until I found her. She's holding papers, which I assume to be the script. She is obviously memorizing her lines. I gained a smile, seeing her...

I smiled. Smile? "What's happening? Jinjja?" I muttered under my breath, eyes on her.

"Let's start!" The director shouted for everyone to hear. I was startled and quickly drove my gaze away from her... How can I start this scene without knowing my lines? I think I should actually thank Xiumin and Sehun for doing that. My heart become even faster, from raging horses to drag racing cars, when I saw Hera walking to the place where we will film it. I can't believe I'm going to kiss her.

I inhaled and exhaled to shake the nervousness inside. 'Here we go.' I thought and walk to there as well.

"Are you guys ready?" The director asked the both of us, and the both of us didn't answer. Oh, Please director-nim, please give us time. He sighs. "I guess you're not... Well, actually the camera team isn't ready yet." He said, and the staffs chuckled. He continued. "Okay, I'm giving you thirty minutes." He said and... YES!!! Thank heavens.

"Kamsamnida." Hera thanked the director and gave him a bow. I bowed as well. The director smiled at us and left. Hera bowed at me without looking at me. I furrowed my brows, yet bowed back. Hera lift her head and pass me, still not looking. I'm not saying that it's her obligation to look at me, but it just, uhm, it just y-you know... it's just weird for her to avoid my eyes.

'Everything is weird... I am weird. And I don't know why.' I sighed. I should just memorize and not think about stuff like these. Right, memorize. I walk to my car to get the script. I'll just memorize it there too.

[25 mins. later]
I finished memorizing the script, and I'm stunned how the kiss would be. I know that I would have mistakes, but let's just do it... My skin has goosebumps all over it as I was reading. In just five minutes or less, w-we'll have our lips against each other. Oh! Goosebumps!

I get out of my car, and go to the place we're gonna film it, the Damiwon bath house.

As I walk to the place, curiosity suddenly hits at me. Where is she? I tried to find her, and she's there, still memorizing hers. I smiled, seeing her scrunched face. My hoobae is cute... I mean, you know what I mean. Cute, uhm, cute as a child. Didn't I told her that?

I saw the director walking towards me. I quickly pass my gaze to him, 'cause if he caught me looking at Hera... Aigoo, he's such a silly director. I love Moon Lovers family. "You ready now?" He asked, I just nodded. "Let's do it then." He said and smiled.

"Get ready everyone!" He shouted while clapping to get everyone's attention. I'm so nervous! I followed him. "Here's your clothes, Baekhyun-ssi." He said and gave me a pair of white jeogori and baji (Korean's Traditional clothes for men) "Ah.. Ne." I said and get the clothes.
