Chapter 29: Red Wine

Z.Hera's POV
"Its pretty isn't it?" He asks. 'Tug tug tug'. Why is this happening to me? This nosemask, my hand, and.. my heart, the three things that's making me shiver. I avoided his gaze.

I felt his hand move, and his fingers intertwining mine. I was surprised by his actions. I looked at him again, he is looking at his front (the view), his smile still there. Until he tilted his head, and his smile became sweeter. Our eyes met, him still smiling. I unconsciously  got the chance to release my hand to him. I looked down, by my action. I hold it with my other hand, so that he wouldnt hold it again.. I'm just scared to.. get hurt.

I lift my head, to see what Baek-oppa's reaction. He's just smiling light, glad he understands what I'm feeling.. geez his fast. Wait. What am I even talking about? I don't even know if he has the same.. feelings as mine.

"Ah.. Shall we find a seat." He said, but before I can answer he's already directing to a table that's far from the other people. I followed, he stops as he reaches the table. I look at him in confusion 'Why is he stopping?' I thought.

He smiles, and pull of a chair, his other hand gesturing me to sat on the chair. 'Tug tug tug' The beats. I looked down, and sitted. I saw him sitting at the seat in my front.

Baekhyun's POV
I sitted infront of Hera. She has her eyes looking down. I put my right arm in the table infront of us, and my chin resting on my hand, still looking at her. The breeze of wind gently touching our faces, her hair strands being carried. I'm smiling again. I removed my cap, as none seemed to be crossing our place. I reach out for her nosemask, but before I could remove it, she quickly remove it, obviously avoiding my touch. I quickly put my hand down, as it was frozen for a moment. "Uhmm.. y- yeo gi. (here)" She said, giving me the nosemask. I look at it, and her, before reaching it. I want to break this awkward era. I smiled at her, my chin still resting at my hand.

"Found ya (He sighs) Here's your steaks." Jung Hyuk said, holding the tray of our order.  "Okay two T-bone steaks with garlic and fries." He checked something on his notepad, and put the plates. I saw Hera amused by the food. It is amusing, that's why I love it here.

I saw Jung Hyuk smirked at me, and I know he has something bad that he's planni- "As a celebration of me seeing Baek." He started and cut my thought. What is he up to? "And since you ordered steaks.. it would be perfect with red wine." He finished, raising a red wine. 

He pours Hera's glass first. He looks at Hera, before saying "Make sure to drink many." He said with a chuckle. "Yah!" I exclamed, to what he said. Hera choked at his words. I felt my cheeks red, what a crazy idea. "Yah! You finished?" I asked annoyed. He smiled, and pours the wine on my glass too. I sighed an unbelievable sigh. "Enjoy your date sir." He said, and ends it with an annoying smile. "Aish.." I exclamed. Jang Hyuk left us.

"Uhmm.. Let's eat." I said cheerfully. I'm eating the dish, while  she is slicing her steak. She saw how I'm not touching my glass of wine, that's why she decided to touch hers first. She was about to drink her wine, when I stole it from her.. I just don't like that the lady's drunk when the man is not. I'm drinking it.. in one shot. I want to one shot this so that she wouldnt be drinking anything. 'Oh my god this wine is so strong. Why did I have a thought of one shotting this.' I thought, while drinking it. As soon as I finish it, I made a loud and long "Ahh.." as I finished the drink, my eyes circling. I know I'm making ugly faces so I block my face with my palm. I heard her chuckle, that make me look at her.

I smiled at her, I want her to be herself when she's with me. But as soon as she saw my gaze, she looks down aswell. "Yah Deok-ah!" I called her with an annoyed tone. Then she looks at me, her face shocked by my tone.

I look at her still annoyed.. but I'm just faking it. I smiled at her, when she seemed to be scared. "Hehe... Soondeok-ah, please be yourself." I said, and end it with a smile. I then took a slice of steak. She just avoid my words again.

She then ate a slice. "It's delicious right?" I asked. She nods excitedly, she's coming back. I smiled, and ate fries with my fork. She's now eating happily, but not messy. I'm smiling at the view.

But tbh I kinda feel dizzy. NO IM NOT DRUNK!.. I hope..

Z.Hera's POV
Wow.. the food here is really delicious, except for the fact that the cashier is annoying, but from the looks of it, that guy is close to Baekhyun-oppa. I'm eating happily, but I'm not a messy eater.

I felt my phone vibrated, and vibrates once more. I checked it. It was two text messages by Jang Hal saying:

'Hera have you known about your sudden death scene. The director told me, about this. He said it was because of Baekhyun-oppa, something about their song, maybe you can ask him.' 

What? I know that I have a death scene, but I didn't know it was because of Baek-oppa.

"Uhmm.. you'll be ending the story quickly. "The director said. I was shocked by his words. "What? Why?" I asked the director curiously. "Its a long story, but you'll be able to get it." He shortly answered. (Chapter 21)

I  scrolled down to see her other text.

'Sorry for interrupting your date😂😂😉'

"Tss" I expressed. But going back to her first text, shouldn't I ask Baekhyun-oppa about this.. Ok.
