Chapter X
'I can sense something weird is going on inside Vincent's head' piping sabi ni Sky sa sarili niya. He's caring most of the time but the smile he's giving her and the way he looks at her, there's something different than the normal Vincent.
'Teka bakit nga ba ako masyadong conscious and aware sa kilos niya?'
Awkward pero iba ang epekto ng ginagawa ni Vincent sa kaniya, para siyang natataranta at hindi mapakali.
"Why are you so quiet Sky?" tanong ni Vincent habang pababa sila ng hagdan
"Nothing. Creepy talaga tong bahay niyo." Palusot na lang niya
"tss you're too old enough for that, come here.." Vincent pulled her closer, halos akbayan na siya nito.
He looks comfortable sa mga gesture nito sa kaniya pero hindi niya alam kung paano magrereact. Mula bata sila magkakasama na sila ngaun pa ba siya tutubuan ng malisya?
'Bakit ba ang haba ng staircase na 'to? Ayan she can't help to notice how good looking he is tuloy. Hagdang walang katapusan?
Vincent is the tallest among his brothers, he stood 5'11''. His skin was fair and his hair was brown, same color with his eyes, he may not look muscular but playing alot of sports really paid off kung titignan lang din naman ay ganda ng katawan. He always keeps his hair short so he always looks neat and fresh parang bagong paligo. His face always looks calm and confident parang kahit bumagyo hinding hindi magpapanic ang anyo nito kaya lang madalas seryoso.
Sky can't help herself to sigh loudly once nakababa sila sa staircase
"Whew!"
"what's that for?" takang tanong ni Vince
"Sky lampa ka na? bumaba ka lang ng hagdan ano hiningal ka na?" singit ni Marcus pagkakita sa kanila
"Ay anu ba kayo gutom lang ako san tayo?"
Kevin was grinning "Napagalitan ka ni Dad no?"
"Did not." agad na sagot ni Vince
"Marcus may Mercatto ba today?" Sky-plainly ignoring vince and kevin
"yep yep! great idea tara!"
"Nice"
Nauna nang lumabas ang dalawa.
"What happened to those two? kumakain ba sa oras yung mga iyon?"
"Why so worried? alam mo naman wala si tita today so nobody attended to those 2 little monkeys" sagot ni Kevin
"Hey you and marcus are the monkeys! why barged in to my room when you already knew I'm sleeping?"
"Well that's actually Sky's plan. If you only knew mas morbid 'yung original niyang plan. Both of them wanted to splash cold water on you or push you out of your bed. Haha!"
"Sick. pasalamat siya.." Vince's voice trailed off when he noticed where his sentence is going. Kevin noticed it as well
"What Bro? pasalamat siya special siya sayo?"
"Of course she's special, Kevin she's Sky. Our Sky. now move along before those monkeys eat you."
"Hahaha! I can see the day na aamin ka. And malapit na iyon Vince!"
"Shut up. Stop being nosy and move along."
