Jack's POV

I replayed him leaving in my head over and over again as I laid in my bed. I had started to cry after he left like a baby. I walked back to the dorm, heart full of sorrow, and laid in my bed.

I went into social media, hoping that he had posted something just to give me an excuse to talk to him. I knew he was missing me too. My heart ached for his touch again. Put yoirself together Jack, its only a week.

I started to scroll through my Twitter hoping something interesting would happen but sadly nothing did.

I sta there for a while, waiting for anything when my phone buzzed.

Markimoo;
I already miss you. How am I going to survive this week without you?

I replied almost immediately.

Me;
I have no idea what I'm going to do without you.

Markimoo;
Will you Skype me later?

Me;
Always :)

Markimoo;
:)

I set down my phone smiling knowing at least I would see his face, hear his smooth voice, stare into his brown eyes. Nothing could ever get me down.

I texted Ethan yo meet me in the front courtyard by the parking lot. The tables there had umbrellas due to the lack of foliage there was. There was the occasional wild flower but other than that it was barren.

He agreed to meet me and I got ready to leave. My phone on the table buzzed again.

I picked it up reading the twxt I was sent. It was from Ken.

Ken;
Mind if we join you?

How did he know that I was going somewhere?

Me;
How did you know that I was going somewhere?

Ken;
Just a hunch I guess.

I was struck with confusion. How had he known? I only told Ethan to meet me out front. Oh well. They knew the sneaky way around this school a lot more than I did. That's for sure.

Me;
Sure. Meet us out by the front parking lot I guess...

Ken;
Cool.

I grabbed my bag as I stepped out into the hallway. I turned and locked my dorm door feeling a small bit insecure again. I can't wait until he comes back home.

I walked down the cool corridor, looking at all the vacant rooms going through spring cleaning while the resident students were away.

Empty bulletin boards filled the other hallways with only the occasional poster for the spring musical. I could hear the echo of my footsteps on the tile lining the floors to the lobby. It was so quiet and peaceful compared to the usual school times.

I passed by Bob's and Wade's open dorm room, posters along the wall for many various videogames. I kept walking down the long corridor hallway, keeping to myself if I saw someone in the hall.

I reached the lobby, empty just like the rest of the dorms except for a youth group devoted to cleaning every inch of the school. The giant windows were letting in rays of the delicate sun, lighting up the green decorated room.

I finally got to the front of the school buildings and saw Ethan's bright blue hair sitting under the shade of a nearby umbrella.

"Hey dude! What took you so long?" He said, a giant smirk on his face.

"Oh I was taking in the quiet of the dorms." He rolled his eyes at me.

"You're so weird."

"Just like my good friend Ethan." I smirked as he burst out laughing.

We stopped laughing as soon as we saw them. Ken and Felix were walking down the path toward us. Ethan glanced at me with confusion.

"I invited them sorry."

He seemed a little bit more on edge as he watched them get closer to the table.

"It's ok just tell me next time."

They got to the table and sat down. Ethan's eyes were locked on to the both of them as they did so. He had began to shake.

I whispered under my breath to Ethan, concerned for him. "Will you be ok?"

"Yeah I'll be fine just give me a bit to relax."

"Ok just making sure."

Ken looked at me and smiled. "What's up?"

"Oh nothing much you know."

Felix spoke up this time a smirk played across his face. "No I get it. Me and Ken have been sitting around bored out of our minds for the past week." He glanced at Ethan after saying this making him shift in his spot.

We continued to talk for a while and Ethan slowly adapted to the situation of things as time flew past. We had ordered food from the student shop and considering very few students were still here, they did delivery.

We ate our food, laughing at several stupid jokes that were said. The wind had started to pick up a lot so we decided to go back to our dorms.

Felix had pulled out his wallet to pay me back for his food when a gust of wind blew a couple hundred dollars from his wallet. He was now running towards the parking lot in pursuit of his lost money.

"Felix wait!" Ethan yelled as we all stood up trying to chase after him.

A loud roar soon came from across the lot as a monstrous black truck came racing into the lot.

It stopped at the end and waited a second before racing straight for Felix.

"Look out!!" Ken yelled at his friend, racing towards him but it was too late. Chunks and pieces of Felix arranged themselves along the faded pavement as screams flew out into the air.

I faded into blackness as I felt a strong slap to my chest. I hit the grass by the table as Ethan tries to help me. My sight finally failed me as I rolled into an endless sleep.

All I knew was that Felix was down, and I fell hard.

A/N Oooo I'm gonna be that person who leaves it at a cliff hanger oooooo
