I woke up to something furry being pawed at my nose. Slowly opening my eyes, I saw the culprit-

"Ringo..." I groaned, patting his paw away from my face. But I knew that since I was already awake, I wouldn't be able to go back to sleep.

Looking towards the digital clock on my nightstand, I saw the red numbers declaring it was eight in the morning. I doubted anyone else would be up this early.

Which meant it was my duty to feed Ringo.

Attempting to roll out of bed, I was almost away when I felt someone grab me from behind.

My boyfriend Edd was half-awake and groggy, but still focusing enough to urge me back to bed. Turning slightly to face him, I was greeted by brown eyes half-closed and a face full of chocolate hair. Moving that out of the way, I slowly unlatched his arms while murmuring for him to go back to sleep.

After another five minutes of Edd's protesting, he finally fell back asleep, and I slipped away. Ringo followed me all the way to the kitchen, almost tripping me in the hall.

Pouring him some cat food, he mewed happily before starting to eat, purring.

Deciding that I might as well do something productive while I was up, I went into the kitchen to make some breakfast.

Making the waffle mix from scratch took a good fifteen minutes. Pouring the mix into the waffle iron, I waited until it was done. While waiting, Tom came downstairs, surprisingly awake.

"You making waffles?" He asked, rubbing his... eyes

"Yup." I replied, clearing my throat. "But they're for everyone, so you can only have some if you wake everyone else up."

"Nah." Tom smirked, reaching over to the stack of waffles that were done.

I beat him to it, grabbing a kitchen knife from the rack and holding it out in front of me.

"What'd you say?" I threatened with a raised eyebrow. Tom stopped dead in his tracks.

"Nothing." He practically whispered, running back down the hall to his room. I heard the door slam and smiled, going back to making more waffles.

A few minutes later I felt a pair of arms wrap around me for the second time that morning.

"G'morning." Edd mumbled, snuggling his face into my neck.

"Morning Edd." I said cheerfully, opening up the waffle iron and taking the last waffle out. "You in the mood for waffles?"

At the Edd perked up, suddenly awake. "Of course!" He said, going to the fridge to grab two colas and the syrup.

While he did that I dished out the waffles and set the table, then went around to wake up Matt and Tom (who still seemed apprehensive towards me.)

When I got back with the boys Edd was already seated, waiting for us.

"OHH, WAFFLES!" Matt squealed, of course already awake. When I knocked on his door to get him out for breakfast, he was already done with his morning beauty routine. Of course.

I sat down next to Edd as we all started to eat, and Edd complimented my cooking. I blushed.

Breakfast was quiet though; mostly because everyone was enjoying the food. It was surprisingly hard to get everyone happy when it came to food, so this was a pleasant surprise.

After Edd was finished, he leaned over towards me and planted a kiss on my cheek.

"That was delicious!" He said, already up and clearing his plate. Before he could though, there was a groan and squeak from across the table.

"KAWAII!" Matt squealed, practically shaking in his seat.

Tom whipped his head towards Matt, having flashbacks. He shook™ his head and was back to normal.

"I'm not drunk enough for this PDA." He said, getting up and headed towards the fridge. Edd just chuckled while I blushed, happy but embarrassed.
