Binilisan ko ng nagpalit ng damit. Kailangan ko ng pumasok sa kompanya kung hindi, patay ako sa boss kong sa kasamaang palad ay kalandian ko.

It's almost eight in the morning and yet here I am, being subdued to the person I had expected a year late.

" Where are you going, Hon?" Tanong niya sa akin habang 'yung mga mata niya ay nakatutok sa akin.

" I'm leaving for work, Andrew. You better ready yourself too" Saad ko sa kanya. Nakita ko ang bahagya niyang pagsimangot.

" Who's your boss?" Tanong niya agad sa akin.

" A Billionaire?" Maagap na naging sagot ko agad.

" You know that's not what I want to hear, Hon. I want a name" Saad niya.

There's no point of hiding it from him.

" He's a friend of yours" I just said

" Oh come on, Hon. You know I have a lot of friends" He demanded again.

" It's Carlos Vincent Alcantara" Biglang lumaki ang mga mata niya dahil sa pangalang binanggit ko.

" What the fuck did you do when I was gone, Cassidy" An accusation was bombarded to me the moment I gave him Vincent's name.

" I did nothing Andrew, huwag kang OA jan. Let's go" I made my way to the door when he finally asked me another question.

" Have you slept with him?" He asked

Dumiretso na akong lumabas ng pintuan. I don't want to talk about it anymore. Wala rin lang patutunguhan 'tong usapan namin.

I was about to walk through the hall way when I received a call from Vincent.

I answered it in the third ring.

" You are suppose to be here already, Miss Marquez. I'm waiting for you" Saad niya sa kabilang linya.

" I'm on my way sir. I'm sorry" The heck, we're being formal now.

I was about to take on my keys when I heard Andrew speak behind me.

" I'll drive. I'll bring you to that fucking company" He hissed. I don't really know what is wrong with this man.

We practically used his car. Hindi na ako tumangi pa dahil alam kong wala sa ugali ni Andrew ang matanggihan.

This is my first day entering Vincent's company and I don't know how the hell will I do to survive this day without making any mistakes. I gazed at Andrew who was also looking at me.

" I know it's your first day, Hon. I can see you nervous and anxious" Saad niya sa akin.

" I'm not. I'm just not use to my outfit" I lied. I saw him smirk.

" Resign. Work for me instead. I needed you more than he does" Saad niya pagkatapos.

" Ano ako? Utusan mo. Hell with it Andrew, I have a mind of my own. You cannot just dictate what I am going to do" Saad ko sa kanya. Kung makapagsalita kase ang lalaking 'to parang kung sinong presidente ng Pilipinas.

" Then I'll do it. I'll file a resignation letter to Carlos. He wouldn't mind it. He's my friend after all" Saad niya sa akin. I can't believe he's actually saying this to me.
